Has anyone used or researched this supp?
I have a bottle now but as I’m intermittent fasting I’m not sure when to dose the caps, are they better with meals or away from them?

Has anyone used this for a cut without many days of eating at maintenance or refeeding? How did it go?

Got it today June 21.

I started taking PES Norcodrene 1 week ago and it has strong appetite suppressant, but by the time, his effects are reduced each day youre taking it.
But its a good supplement to take if you dont want to feel like crap during your diet.

Now that Ive received Eptiome today, I will be stacking it with Norcodrene. Will see how it goes. Currently at around 13% body fat.

For some people it work and others anything happen. And there's people that need couple days to see the difference in appetite reduction.

How’re things going? What’s your diet been like?
I’m getting to the end of my first bottle. I weigh 70.5kg, am 5 foot 8 and currently have about 12% body fat. There’s a boditrax machine at my gym which measures body fat percentage with +-2.5% accuracy, and over the last three weeks I believe I’ve dropped about 2% body fat (1.4kg or 3lbs).
I’ve been eating a 300-500 calorie deficit daily and have had 1 refeed.
I’ve put on a fair amount of strength all over and look slightly leaner altho I haven’t leaned out by as much as I would’ve liked.

Yes so I stopped it 2 weeks ago because the effect were just too small. I felt just little difference in appetite.

The only big difference I remarked was the day after a refeed day : I just couldnt eat.

Looks like by eating a lot my leptin increase a lot and that epitome enhance it alot.

Norcodrene has a more stronger appetite suppressant effect but it lasted for me for only 1-2 weeks.

Fair enough. How's your cut been going?

I'm starting to regret not having a weekly refeed.

Epitome isn't exactly an appetite suppressant. It is meant to keep leptin levels normal and stable. If you are at 13% bodyfat and dieting intensely, your leptin levels will drop dramatically. This is one of the metabolic adaptations from dieting.

This is why we use refeeds - to spike leptin levels. It is like taking a step back to take two steps forward though, because you slow weight loss from a caloric perspective, but the leptin hit helps avoid metabolic adaptations from the diet.

With epitome, the refeeds become less necessary, pretty much unneeded. So you can diet more intensely for longer without the refeed.

If you have ever become very lean on a low calorie diet with tons of exercise and one day women up completely ravenous looking for donuts and pastries...that's a serious leptin drop.

Ive lost a bunch of fat, while gaining muscle (I didnt expect I could do that since I diet and train for a very long time)
Im planning doing a diet break for around 1 month, to really get my body adapted to his new body fat %

Norcodrene really helped me in that process, but epitome didnt act very much for me..
Trying PES Shift right now. Will see how it goes. Received it 2 days ago.
