I’m on:
350 Dienolone ace/week
120 Trestolone Ace/week
Dbol pre workout
275/Test E week.
I realize these aren’t the most conducive drugs for looking lean..

I realize I’m not going to drop a lot of fat or drop more than 1%, but I’m willing to do some other things...

T3 100mcg/day
Keto and IF.
Low sodium

Trest puts almost no water on me low carb. No need to drop that.
Drop the Dien?

Looking to mainly just drop water. I have low dose Lasix but that’s unnecessary as hell.

Ideas?

The best I thing I can think of in your scenario is to drop everything except the Test (maybe go up to 300mg to prevent too much lethargy) and go full Keto to drop the excess water.
 
I respond really well to Keto. I’ve dropped 11 lbs one time at the 3 day mark.. probably my best bet...

11lbs in 3 days! Damn that's impressive. Keto is by far the most effective diet for me, the drop in retained water and glycogen in the first week on keto is insane.
 
I know. It’s 100% water which the tards that know nothing of dieting think is real weight. But I look damn good when I drop water. No delusions of dropping much real fat this next 10 days.
