Dienolone/DMZ/Test Log

Well, I take comfort knowing I am not the 300lb gal at Walmart in pink fishnet leggings, who also sees herself as smaller than she really is but in a different fashion lol
No sh1t. Seriously. Although i do want to be 300 pound and built like mariusz pudzianowski lol

I know this sounds so ghey, but I’d be happy if I just looked like John Cena.... or a bigger Thor. Aim high?

I feel the same way. My target/goal weight is around 220, give or take (I am 5'10") with around 13% body fat. Something maintainable but at least a little head turning. I honestly don't want to look like an IFBB pro as that is not sustainable in my mind.

EDIT: For a point of reference in my avatar I was around 195 or 200 and about 18% bf. From the distance you can't easily see the spare tire I was carrying.

My main goal is more towards strength. Want to compete in powerlifting and strongman. But i want to be a larry wheels type powerlifter.

Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder...

There’s only one Larry Wheels - remember that. But if you stay at a lower weight class and get leaner with more muscle for the class over time, you will definitely look the way you want and be more competitive.

No way it’s maintainable at my age or genetics. If i do everything right, Just to do a local Men’s Physique at 41-42 years old would take blasting and cruising every other 8 weeks plus insulin and a lot of other cutting compounds I would never want to use ever again. After I hit my goal, and do 1 competition, I’ll just stay on my TRT dose and try to hang on to as much size and conditioning I’ve gained through good diet and lots of hiking, lifting and f¥(king. Maybe a small blast a few times a year and a low dose cruise of Trest(my one true ❤️) stay healthy.

Even with my lack of experience I totally get there is a point at which the health impact switches from positive to negative (I think having more lean mass and lower bf is healthier therefore negating any negatives from running sensible cycles) . I’d like to think I’ll not take it to the point where what I’m doing is negatively affecting my health overall.

Being in shape with above average strength and mass is enough in most towns to stand out a bit.

Ok, so ‘after’ pics. As I finished 6 weeks of DMZ yesterday.

A little bit of bloat on the most muscular pose but I dropped some of it once bringing the Dien down to only 350/week.

Please keep in mind. I did not enter a gym or touch a weight from March of 2017 until March 1st this year, so this is only 5 months of training under my belt. But also, I was a lean 255 in January 2017 so I had some muscle memory assistance. I feel, for under 6 months of training so far, I’m happy with where I’m headed by 2020, as this is just the beginning...

I liked Dien a lot. But it would need to fit someone’s goals very specifically. For what I wanted, there are better alternatives in the tried and true AAS arena. But it was cheap, easily available, and other than the Deca dyck, rather enjoyable. DMZ should be ran higher than I ran it, that’s on me. A guy over 200lbs with experience should run at 45 for 5 weeks imo. Unless they are stacking it with Msten(which blows either ran solo out of the water imo)

Thanks for any support given along the way guys. I feel I’m lean enough to start going after the size I want, so coming mid August theres gonna be a lot of bulking going on.

Deca or TREST Deca (yay!)
Loads of hunger stimulating goodies

I’m gonna be blasting and cruising my way to 275 pounds this year fellas. I’ve been trying to do a stupid ghey local Men’s Physique show since 2015, and every injury that happens sets me back. I feel like this is finally the right time. I’ll be 40 in November and I’d like to be the biggest board-short wearing tool on that stage in a year or two.

Im think about add in a low dose of Tren E to my dien and Test cycle. Maybe 200 mgs Tren E a week.
I’ve heard of others doing this with good results.
Any thoughts ???

Depends on the other dosages & how much you want to take and can handle for that matter. Tren added to anything will give better strength/lean muscle/cutting results, but if you need cardiovascular endurance or want low sides you will just be complicating things.

For masters physique I need an 18 week prep time. I know that's longer than usual but I'm always afraid of falling behind. However I'm in the next class up 45. So I'll be one of the youngest in my class. This is the 1st yr I qualify. My brother in law just placed too 5 at the nationals in masters 35 and above.

I just want to look like I used to, and take it where I was going with it. Sort of an off season Schwarzenegger with bigger arms. I don't need to be strong either. I could just train like Paul Dilette with ten pound dumbbells. And then I just want to keep looking that way til I'm 99 and dead. One part of this is unrealistic. Just depends on which part as to whether the rest can happen. My upper chest is way too flat these days, shoulders far too small.

Body image issues can rear up in the strangest ways, you could be a 270lb monster and suddenly decide you're fat and need to be under 180. That's what I did.
