Starting week 3 of the ralox run SNS inhibit e at 2 caps per day so you can control estrogen while coming off the serm.
If joint issues appear drop it down to 1 cap per day.

Thanks I am gonna get my blood drawn first to see where I start because I don’t have any symptoms really except for puffy nipples. Please can someone recommend me the most safe site to get from I don’t wanna get fake or poison myself

Well I wouldn’t say I’m fat lol I’m 6 ft 173 pounds and I’m not shredded but I never went to the gym only do some push-ups and pull-ups no cardio. I have definition in my chest a little and I’m not naturally hard if that’s what you mean I have some extra fat but I wouldn’t say I’m fat. I’m sure if I had less estrogen and even more T my body would be naturally shredded

Ralox has less side effects and doesn’t increase estrogen as much according to studies so maybe I’ll try that. Now my final question. What’s the most reliable of these research sites to get it? It’s hard to trust those places god knows what your getting really

We're not really allowed to talk directly about sources here(or maybe it's just sources that are not board sponsors.. I kind of forget). But there are some places that sell actual raloxifene tablets manufactured in India by legit India pharmaceutical companies.

Now I personally order Ralox powder raws from a UGL bulk powder supplier. My crap is not certain to be legit. But you can find real pharm grade Ralox pretty easily. I know Cipla makes it, and I've ordered from a place that sells Cipla manufactured Ralox. The "brand name" so to speak of Ralox in India is "RALISTA" and "EVISTA". So you could buy that. The cost to acquire legitimate Ralista in India is so low that there are no counterfeits to my knowledge. I'm looking at 6 grams worth of pills and it's not even $50.

I’m fairly skinny and have had puffy kind of holding fat in the chest area only since puberty, I’m very gyno prone any test booster on the market gives me a flare up (hard painful pee size lump) nolvadex rids the lump and also will reduce puffiness, but it does give me a rebound after I stop, it sounds like you are just holding fat there, you need to lower your body fat as said before, take a blood test see where your levels are, if e is high I’d say aromasin 12.5 eod and see where it takes you, mine shrink and tighten up with aromasin, Nolva stops it from binding to the nipple, aromasin lowers overall E with no rebound
