Lower back pumps?

Every get a pump in any other body part? Think of that, but multiplied. Sometimes, it can be temporarily debilitating. Taurine and water help.

Lower back I flames and kidneys feel like they're going to pop. Never had them, just my forearms, they can get so bad I have to use machines and take long breaks

Like the worst cramp that takes awhile to go away. They are manageable but can literally be excruciating heavy hamstring curls always get me so in very careful on cycle

Yes, think cramp not pump. Not sure why we call them pumps instead of cramps. We love a good pump but there’s nothing good about these.
