I hear alot of people gettin great results from clen but seems pretty harsh also anybody ran clen for 4 weeks and have bad sides? I know everybody reacts different but when it comes to gettin info from certain places things get exaggerated

I ran it 2 on 2 off 2 on on a tiered scale
 
Like 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 100(split dose), 80, 60, 40. Then 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 120(split dose), 100, 80, 60.
 
Clen is pretty sketchy *from what ive read and ive read a lot*. That said, id like to do a little clen cycle during pct to prevent fat gain while my test levels are low but probably wont.

I would definitely wait till after PCT to run clen

I been hearing clen is pretty nasty to but then again all anabolics have sides but can mild as well but theres always counter active measures that i just cant seem to find for clen

Honestly i might even consider tren before clen lol. Yeah tren has crazy sides but my heart is something i really dont wanna play with and clen is like playing russian roulette

Yea thats my biggest concern is that to. I might just save some extra cash and run some var was curious about clen because research and experienced users show that sides happen from people starting at high doses and not tapering it but the heart issue is still a big deal for me

I really had no sides. Everything worked very well. I didnt have any bad sides and I have a heart murmur that was diagnosed while I was in the service
 
I like it. Would recommend, just don't dose too high and you should be aight. Currently running alongside TRT and 40mg a day of S23
 
I'm staying away from clen. It's just not worth some increase in metabolism when I can run instead and besides if you don't decrease calories while off you will look like you did before the clen.

I ran it after. I would say after would be the best way to go....Run it like you where running a totally different cycle by itself

Don’t try to cut in pct at all. You should really be eating slightly above maintenance to hold onto any gained muscle. Then give it a few weeks after pct before starting a cutting cycle

I’m currently using clen and ecay (2 weeks clen, 2 weeks ecay and back to 2 weeks clen etc) personally I don’t have any issue with sides, the shakes can be a pain when trying to drink coffee in a business meeting as I found out but I enjoy the slightly jittery feeling.....

I went 20/40/60/80/100/120/140 and stayed at 140 for the second week, I’ll start again next week at that level.....

Was using plenty of taurine (approx 7-8g a day) and hydrating well.

Also used ket at 2 ed before bed
 
Clen is nice. Sides increase with dosages 80-120+. Feeling jittery, maybe anxiety, insomina. Basically the same sides as any stimulant at high doses. You can run with pct. It will give you more energy and its slightly anabolic ive read. If you run with pct just eat good and workout, dont full on cut if you dont want to loose muscle. I do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. You need taurine. Apperently clen depletes your taurine levels and gives you strong pumps (they're nice cause the muscle is so tensed but affects my workouts). Ive read 5 grams a day while on "cycle" and it worked for me. Another support supplement is ketotifen. It regulates the chemical that clen affects in your brain. Makes clen safer and more effective. With ketotifen you can run clen for longer than 2 weeks at a time but it does eventually fade

Yeah shakes can get you with a cup of coffee. But you get use to them
 
Is clen the best for a cut? Or would you all recommend a different stack?

Depends really, has some negative sides associated with it so some prefer not to use. Some people respond as well to eca stack and prefer that but some would say clen is the most effective.

Of course an aas cutting cycle would be more effective but is a different ball game

Obviously nothing is better than correct diet and training....

Thanks so should i stack it to keep my muscle from first cycle since will be cuttin cals with the clen?
