Hey guys I am running low dose test cyp at 300 mg a week. I am in week 3 and since I have started I have been having a terribly difficult time sleeping. Like not being able to fall asleep until 3-4 am every night for the past 2 weeks or so and I am waking up groggy af. My first cycle I used test prop and had no issues whatsoever. I took aromasin last cycle as well. I am currently dosing it at 6.25 EOD. Does anyone know what is going on or if it gets better or if I can remedy this? Should I switch to test E? Its causing some serious brain fog during the day only getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night for the past couple weeks.

If I had to guess it has nothing to do with the ester and something else is going on

Maybe you have to much energy and your metabolism isn't slowing down at night?

Have you tried mindfulness and meditating?

Yeah can’t seem to get my thoughts to slow down before bed and while I agree it’s odd to think it’s the Esther but I ran a long prop cycle last summer form the same source. No issues like this, You think it may help to drop it down to more of a trt dose? 150-200 a week?

I would try mindfulness, meditation, readign, anything that helps consolidate and calm your mind. You can't expect to fall asleep or to sleep good if you are either nervous or hyped, not focused, etc.

Thank you for the suggestions, but I find it hard to believe it’s just coincidence. Never had a problem getting to sleep in my life! Running on 4-5 hours a night the past couple weeks. Not great for recovery or brain function! Haha

Well I'm not saying it's coincidence :) I'm saying sometging is off, your homeostasis is unbalanced, your sleep biorhythm is off, and you are probably not relaxed enough to sleep. Sooo this is why I'm suggesting to try and fix it first with taking care of your mind :) then try anxyolitics and see how much they help (benzos like bromazepam or otc stuff if you wish).
