Stopping Military drills changes nothing...ROE like in Iraq or Afghansitan, like I had to go through where even if they had a rifle they had to shoot first to engage the enemy is the downfall. Thats retarded, we are the best trained military in the world not invincible.

We have allies on edge because of an unpredictable President (not arguing good or bad, but he changes direction a lot). Even if you don't believe drills help troops (and you are an authority on that), how can you say it changes nothing? North Korea and China are there looking down on South Korea and the US just made a huge decision without giving them a heads up. I can't imagine confidence is all that high.

Because we always train no matter what. Those trainings with assaults where just a SOF, and nothing else. Which didnt stop anything. I have had many friends stationed on the DMZ that have been shot or shot at since the 1953 cease fire. Only difference is....We aren't allowed to shoot back. Just like when we "went" into Iran to recover some "black-ops" and they said if anyone shoots at you dont return fire. We are now in Iran.

No, I get that. I'm not imagining training just ends. I'm talking about the bigger picture of the people running the show: our top military people and South Korea's top military people. Or years of NK saying they're being provoked while we deny it and then Trump saying the drills are "provocative." That puts South Korea in an odd position.

Not really, because a cease fire has been called since 1953...But, who are the only ones still firing shots, and has enough artillery on the DMZ to blow up every square inch of SK. Missle Man wants us to call and end to the cease fire and leave the country so he can re-invade SK. Only thing he doesnt realize is we don't ever give up ground we have taken.....EVER

I'm an Aussie and we are pretty much stuck in the middle. Business and economy are changing so threats are going to get thrown around.
We have a Navel base at a Chinese owned port with an American(Marine, I think) base nearby. All of it is in range of North Korea but we don't seem to care about it, and America and China are most of our global income.
We argue between you guys all the time.

Why did it take some fat azz in Korea to convince America to stop our dead azz 20trillion+ broke country to stop wasting our money running military drills anyways? Its not an accomplishment by any means. This US government has let our vets drop dead in hospital basement to cut costs avoiding treatable illnesses/injuries and they want to keep running these retarded drills costing 10s of millions and accomplishing absolutely nothing.

Actually Dump signed an executive order for stricter requirements, consolidation and other reforms. I wouldnt go by reduced welfare numbers as an indicator of economic prowess.

I guess its could be all smoke and mirrors.
But I know lots of contractors, drywallers, concrete guys, spray foam, fencing....all of them have benefited from trump.
I don't know any guy with a work truck unhappy with the current economy.
I live in the hood in south Sacramento.
I Havnt heard anybody getting less benefits.
Lots of people hate trump around here.....but mostly because they believe he hates black people.
As a white guy in a minority neighborhood I can tell you from what I've seen its gotten a little better.
There is a jobs section a mile long on Craigslist. If your willing to work you can get a job.
It wasn't like that in 2012-2015 I was looking.
Look I'm not saying he's Jesus but Hillary would have been much worse.
Even dudes fresh out of prison are getting labor jobs in Sacramento.

From my experience its as easy to get a job now as it was under bill Clinton.
I'm not a fan of bills foreign policy but his economy was killer for the laborer.
But Clinton had the dot com boom, that wasn't sustainable. Trumps hopefully is.
Labor jobs are what get people out of poverty.
Getting up in the morning early and busting ass all day.
I don't think a healthy man should be able to get welfare....do you?

I dont support welfare, I would abolish it entirely.

Ive had my time with labor jobs, had some good paychecks busting my ass it was worth it. I like using my mind now, at 41 my body just cant do what I did in my 20s, getting old here, lol

My truck registration is 235$ now. And I drive over pot holes all day. I really think moonbeam brown wants everybody on public transportation.
70% of people around here just buy sh1ty cars and drive until the cops impound them. Because all the fees now to keep a vehicle are outrageous.. Not to mention 3.60 a gallon.

A lot of people are getting tired of it.
I'm constantly telling people around here that Brown cares more about illegals than black people. Totally true. Dems know they got the black vote locked down, they are looking to import a whole new class of voter looking for government assistance.
Nobody has hurt the Black American more than the dems.

They want illegals (specifically poor illegals) here because generally they many will end up down the road voting for big government goblins and thats how they maintain power (although to be fair I put domestic blame heavily on that too.)

Thats why during the Obama administration they ordered border patrol to stand down and let them flood across.

Of course, this also helps the illegal drug and gun trade which the US government is the #1 contributor and beneficiary to along with other benefits too many for me to list here. Most Republicrats are in on it too.

This is quite simple and I'm not sure why you keep claiming I'm not answering the question. I'm saying that NK got everything in this deal and we got nothing. The deal is a finite thing and NK got 100% of the benefit. That is my opinion and what I have said now repeatedly.

Yet you again fail to say what else they got in the deal. It's pretty simple. You made the claim and can't back it up, and deflect as usual. I am pretty sure Trump stopped the drills cuz it's something easy to do with little impact on us, but allowed him to build some positive rapport. there are more than just physical aspects in deal making.. I could be wrong tho

I know of at least one thing that NK got out of the deal. Kim was spotlighted on the international stage while Trump gushed over him and complimented him as a "talented" leader that he "trusts".

How is Kim not talented? What he has pulled off in Korea is extraordinary from his survival to building his infrastructure/economy being that the globe is immorally crushing him with sanctions. If it wasnt for all these war mongering sanctions Korea would have been 5-10 years ahead since KimBigBum took over.
