Hey I’ve just started taking alphamine to help with weight loss, I’ve started doing exercises at home first then will be joining the gym. Should I take 1 or 2 scoops? If I have 2 scoops how much water should I mix it with? And have any of the ladies found it good with weight loss?

Hi... the new Alphamine is more of an energy drink replacement. It will not really help with weightloss.

Assuming your diet and exercise is dialed in, I would look more into FitMax or OxyMax. My wife loves OxyMax because it's convenient in a pill form. It gives her plenty of energy, controls her appetite, and helps with burning and blocking fat.

I prefer FitMax because I like to sip it throughout the day. It also provides clean energy, appetite suppression, increased body temp, and has helped me lose quite a bit of weight the last 8 weeks.

The new Alphamine is much different than the original thermogenic - most of the fat loss ingredients have been removed and it has been reformulated to more of an "energy drink" powder. If you already have it I would start with 1 scoop to see how you feel, and increase to 2 scoops if you can tolerate the stimulants.

I also agree that FitMax would be a great alternative option as a fat loss/thermogenic powder. Very soild profile that will help with appetite suppression and focus. But keep in mind that the thermogenic itself isn't going to bring fat loss by itself. A thermogenic product can help by suppressing appetite and increasing your metabolic rate (slightly) which can help burn more calories. You still need to consume less calories than you are burning to see weight loss/fat loss progress.

Sorry just saw this. The UK version would be slightly different, however still good for OxyMax. I do not believe FitMax is available yet in UK.

I personally have dropped over 30lbs in 8 weeks.. now that is mostly due to getting my life back on track, flipping the food pyramid upside down, and exercise. With that said, the FitMax is definitely playing its role.

I’ll have a look, what does fitmax look like in the bottle as I’ll see if I can find it :)

What do you prefer, Pill or powder to mix in water and drink?

How much caffeine do you intake daily? Many weight loss agencts have caffeine as the main ingredient, some as little as one cup of coffee's worth while some could be as much as 4-5 so please be careful with this.

Let me know about your coffee/soda/caffeine intake and I can steer you in the right direction

I'd be surprised if this even raised your metabolic rate by a further 50kcal a day
