Shut down from Ostarine?

Hey all, was running an Ostarine and Mk677 cycle that also had an AI and natural test ingredients mixed in as well. Anyways after about 6 weeks of being on my energy and motivation went to crap and then started anxiety and irritability. My question is, would my test being low and estrogen being low do this or test being low and estrogen being high do this? I got bloods drawn on Tuesday so should have them back on Monday. Just looking for a plan of attack once the bloods come back.
 
I don't know a ton about ostarine. But it sounds like it tanked your natural test production, and with nothing in there to replace that, your energy and motivation went to ****.
 
Idk what "natural test" ingredients you're talking about but I can almost guarantee they're not going to negate the effects of a SARM on your hpta
 
Then most people on here would agree you should start taking a SERM to bring your natural test levels back up. Osta is weak, but as you’ve figured out, it can still cause serious suppression. So a real pct is needed. Take clomid at 25mg for 4 weeks. That’s standard.

Next time you take a SARM, have a real test base on hand. Natty test boosters won’t do the job.
 
And keep reading this forum. It will educate you and help you avoid future issues. A few months back I started an osta run and had no idea what I was doing because I was listening to bad influences. Since then I’ve picked up a lot of solid advice. The majority of the people on here really know what their talking about and the information they give can help you run your future cycles safely and effectively. Stay strong, my friend, and keep in learning.
 
I appreciate it boss. I thought I was pretty educated on this stuff until all this happened. Started feeling like crap and it didn't even occur to me that I was probably shut down. Thank you for the advice.

Sounds like you are shut down or estrogen too low, what AI are you using? Not being a dick, but seems like you should have done more research before starting a SARM. I wish I did a lot more reading before i got into ph/sarms etc.

In terms of next step, I would def say pct as others have said, someting like k1ngsblood and a serm (clomid or nolva) would be good, Clomid can make you a bit emotional for some people so maybe go with Nolva. I still prefer Clomid tho
 
Sounds more like MK depressive side effects along with potentially low esto from the AI. Not sure why you were running an AI - but what was it and at what dose? I doubt Osta has anything to do with it. Bloods will tell though....
 
Ehh. Whatever "AI" it was was over the counter, so I really don't see it lowering his estrogen enough to be the cause
 
I couldn’t sleep on mk and osta is the worst if you look at it from a gains to sideeffect standpoint. Hop on a serm and start feeling better

If you need help pinning one down send me a pm me I ran Clomid from the board sponsor And I honestly feel like I am the type of person that cannot handle Clomid I also have some torem From another board sponsor that I will running in about 12 days

I haven't tried Torem, but I plan to try it as my next SERM.

Looks like it is essentially side effects free and as powerful as clomid in restarting hpta function.

Current cycle I’m on is weak sauce but depending on how this pct goes with this I will also use torem for my upcoming

Anavar + Derma

Or

Hdrol + Derma cycle
 
I get my blood work back tomorrow to see if my test is suppressed. Someone mentioned it could be the depression side effect from the MK? This is what I initially thought because the only symptoms I have of low test is the lethargy really.. No erectile issues whatsoever and the want to go to the gym is still there but I have been so socially anxious to even leave the house pretty much.
 
Yep...like i said sounds like the MK possibly exasperated by the AI...however i dont know what A1 you were running or the dose or why you were running it.
 
I've heard of Ostarine tanking people's test before. I have never used any SARMS before, but it seems like some people are really underestimating their side effects.
 
I don't think I've ever seen arimistane dosed that high before. And the epiandro looks like it's probably incredibly underdosed.
 
I was running the MK677 two weeks prior to starting this so was on it for a total of 8 weeks before I started getting the bad anxiety symptoms. Ill note that ive had bad anxiety in the past. Was taking Zoloft for my last 2 year of college.
 
This product is an exact replica of a former version of EPG Arime Stage PCT 50.

I experimented with that product ...not as a part of PCT though. I knew better than that..

I thought that too, at first. Until I looked again. The Arimistane is part of a "blend". I hate it when they pull that crap.
 
I was super depressed for a little while and I blamed it on other life circumstances but I was on mk677 the whole time. I didn’t know depression was a side effect of mk.
 
It tanked mine. I got my blood done before I did a ostarine cycle, got my blood done after. Ostarine dropped it from within the normal range (350-1000) to 78 in 6 weeks.

Used Clomiphene citrate for PCT, it's bouncing back really quickly. Ostarine can absolutely tank t levels, I proved that to myself, blood work backed it up.

What were your Test levels before the cycle?
 
A lot of people are still pro-SARMs. .....but for me personally... I just keep reading so many negativite things about them over and over, that I'm now cautious about them (at best)....even after being pretty excited to see what was going to happen with them when they first got popular.

I think they’re still way safer than oral AAS but not as safe as we originally hoped.

Maybe but there is really no way of telling. AAS has been around for decades and have plenty of experience and studies behind them. With AAS you know what you're getting into. With SARMS that's not really the case right now. Originally it was thought that SARMS didn't cause suppression and didn't require PCT.

Yep. And on top of the mounting negatives, I look at from a risk/benefit perspective.
 
Turns out I'm definitely shut down. I could deal with the low energy but the anxiety is killing me. Starting torem tonight. 120/90/60/30. Any recommendations?

Get a serm and you’ll be sorted. Next time don’t run an AI with sarms. It’s not needed imo.
