Anabolic energy

You know what sucks is that when I was on dymethazine I was so down to train. I work as a garbage man running down the street flinging barrels all damn day. Also my job is salary so we literally run to finish our route to get the hell outta there. After work I force myself into the gym. When I was on dymethazine I was good to go non stop! Working hard and training hard! Now that I'm off my energy is so bleh. Also I'm on trt with levels around 1000 so just goes to show the epicness of dmz. Anyone know a way to increase energy non stim?

Do you track macros? If not, perhaps more balance in your diet can help somewhat.

Vitamins and water. I notice myself feeling more fatigued on days where I forgot to take my multi.

I dont know how long ago you were on cycle, but coming off is never "fun"... pct gets you functioning again physically, but I always felt it took a few months to get back into the swing of things, mentally (meaning regular non "on cycle" life).

Yep i can agree with that. I can tell the days when i don't have my multi.

I agree, vitamins. I know it’s a stim, but you don’t like black coffee? I guess you don’t have time to drink it doing that job anyway.

If you follow the time on + pct = time off rule, and my memory serves me right, then it shouldn’t be too long until you can cycle again. I remember you having to cut the DMZ short.

How much sleep are you getting? Citrulline malate plus ALCAR is good for energy

Well hes on trt so doesnt need to pct

Ive got the same problem though. Physically demanding job, hitting the gym 5-6 days a week. 4 kids including a 1 month old baby. Plus a ton of stressful stuff going on. Im doing good if i have enough energy to not be draggin ass at the end of the day

Train less. 2 or 3 sessions per week is plenty if you're hitting it hard. Nobody needs to be in the gym half assing it 5 days a,week. Take a 5x5 routine, add some fluff stuff to it, do every 3rd day,eat well and relax.

Oh i aint half assing it. I do compound movements 4 days a week with accessories . if my schedule allows i go the other 2 for hypertrophy. If it doesnt then no big deal

Unfortunately you got a job that’s physically demanding, bro.
Upsides: You’re clearly shredded af. Low bf. More flexibility with diet.
Downsides: Hard as hell to bulk. Drains you prior to weighttraining.
You could get a lot more sleep, and adjust calories too. There’s some athletes that train several hours a day, that need to take in 7k + calories a day to fuel their training. And that’s just to not lose weight. You’re doing strenuous activity all day long and then hitting the gym, more fuel+more rest may be the only answer if you’re done with AAS and stims.
