Is S23 liver toxic?

I have been thinking about buying some S23 prior to the ban, but there are disturbing reports among some who have logged it about change in urine color to dark orange which can be a potential sign of liver stress. What is your opinion on if this particular sarm with no human studies has this impact? Anybody have liver tests on it while running it?

I drank a case of beer (mick ultra) this past weekend and been on 30mg S23 for 6 weeks. No dark pee. Some heartburn but no real signs of liver stress. I got mine from MA research and yes, it is legit.

Mich Ultra is mostly water bro, lol. You drank a case of it? Haha. Nice. Is there alcohol in ultra? j/k. It's great for low carb.

Yeah I know I know lol. After you get about 12 in you ( < 40 carbs) you start feeling something, believe it or not :)

nubioso had bloods with elevated liver enzymes.
so... dark urine can = liver problems.

Thanks man. That is what I suspected. I am going to steer clear of this. Might as well take a methylated prohormone if your going to take something that messes with your liver.

I ended up getting labs done on some injectable Msten I was taking. I was absolutely certain it was terrorizing my liver. Dark urine sometimes, but the lethargy and horrendous amount of nausea and loss of appetite convinced me of it. Low end of in-range perfect labs for liver enzymes. I was dozing my Prami too high and was getting sides from it, it turns out...

It’s hard for me to go off symptoms alone anymore.. However, it seems labs are showing some Sarms do stress the liver to a degree. Definitely wasn’t trying to sound rude, I just have to have labs to know for sure, otherwise I’d always assume I was dying of organ failure, from just sucking and being old.

So what's the conclusion, anyone get post S23 blood work for liver or kidney markers?

Thinking about this if its low stress or less stress that methyl PH?

A few months ago I ran for 8 weeks S23 at 30 mg, Ostarine at 25 mg, Rad 140 at 30 mg, and Epi Andro at 1000 mg with a trt cruise dose of 175 mg test. My support supps were 1000 mg TUDCA from Olympus Labs plus Olympus Labs Arimicare Pro that has 1200 mg NAC and an additional 200 mg TUDCA (so my total TUDCA a day was 1200 mg).. Logged it and had mid cycle and post cycle bloods taken. Here is the link Invalid Link Removed
The bloodwork is the last post in the thread.
Liver values were only slightly off (would even be considered in range
by other labs), and no dark pee throughout the cycle. Everybody reacts different, but I may just be blessed with a strong liver. If you run it take plenty of TUDCA, NAC, and drink plenty of water. Discontinue if pee turns dark. I am running it again this time with 40 mg DMZ and am nearly six weeks in with no dark pee. Will have bloods done at the end of the cycle.
S23 is a great compound for those on S23 who don’t have liver sides.

There’s no denying s23 is liver toxic. Meaning it will put your liver through some stress. That degree of stress will depend on many factors and will be different from a person to another. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t run a compound because it’s liver toxic

I agree. I know some people who have had terrible liver sides with S23 on this forum, but others like myself and RickyBlobby who ran it and were just fine. It did change my liver values, but not drastically unlike others.

I didn’t get bloods to confirm, but in 3 weeks at 10mg it turned my pee dark, made my back hurt in the kidney area, and I completely lost my appetite. I’m researching DMZ now and seeing better gains and none of those sides.

Like someone said if you don’t get liver sides from it, it’s awesome. But if you do, you’ll bail out in a few weeks.

I was hitting 30 mg s23 with a whole gang of other sarms and really don’t think much liver damage occurred. If you stay hydrated and take proper cycle support you’ll be g2g. I love s23

i ran 25mg for 2 months and my liver came back waaaay higher than it should ever be.

BUT i went through TUDCA for a month and recovered fine. its my favorite sarm.
