Very high prolactin

After few years researching what’s wrong in me my analysis came yesterday : my prolactin is 92 ng/ml [4 ; 15] ; 1949 mUI/L [85 ; 324]
Never was on roids, and I already take some p inhibitors but it change nothing: Thorne Bcomplex, Zinc 50 mg, Vitex Agnus Castus extract 1:10 tincture 5 ml 3xday.

I tried all stimulants for add/depression and responded one time shorlty to MPH and many other did nothing like Adderall or even stronger stims like Desoxyn, caffeine worked few times then it did nothing too.

Next week I hope I’ll see my doc, can my response to dopaminergics and anhedonia/ADD/flat mood be solved by lowering my prolactin in the normal range ?

You need pharma grade drugs. Caber, prank, or bromocriptine. You could try SNS inhibit P but you’re way high so get your hands on or if those and if you go the research chem route, remember caber is NOT stable in liquid form

Have you only had one test? First thing I would find out his how accurate the tests are and then perhaps get tested again, maybe at a different clinic. If the test was bunk then this could all be a red herring. That prolactin reading is incredibly high, if the results of the test are correct I would expect the excessive prolactin to effect you quite negatively. Using something like cabergoline may successfully control the prolactin, but excessive prolactin may just be a symptom of a larger problem. Hopefully you have a good doctor and he can figure out what is going on.

On a side note, have you tried focalin(dextroMPH) for add? Most folks who respond to MPH respond even better to focalin. Also some people get weak results unless they take caffeine with their meds. If you went as far as Desoxyn I'm guessing you've tried these things but I'll throw them out there just in case...

Yes I had just one test, it’s a Roche electroluminescent test, I worked in labs and this test is not a bunk for me. Focalin is not disponible in my country but I tried stronger stims like “the white dust” and it did nothing too. Prolactin acts like an dopamine antagonist so I think this is why I’m lethargic and stimulants doesn’t work, like my body produce a high amount of anti psychotic..

I’d get caber from your doctor; it’ll definitely lower the prolactin

Do you think it will make me feel better ? because I’m very lethargic, zero motivation for anything
Yes; prolactin is a nasty hormone in males. It can lower testosterone and definitely cause lethargy, motivation issues, libido issues, puffy nips, etc. It’s definitely something I’d want to get under control.

Seen some terrible side effects from caber, mostly OCD stuff like gambling, and heart problems, but they used to give it in massive dosages to Parkinson's patients. Dosages like 2-6mg per DAY, not week. Hopefully .5mg a week will get the job done without side effects.

OP - Have you been checked out for a prolactinoma / pituitary microadenoma? Seems the likely culprit here...

Yes the scanner MRI showed a pituitary microadenoma.
And today I had to do other blood tests before taking the treatment: cortisol, ACTH, testosterone, FSH, LH, IGF1, TSH & free T4

Ahh I see, good to know what's causing it. For what it's worth, caber and similar drugs only show sides at very high doses, which you won't need to dose at for this. Is your doctor going to start you on caber? This is what's typically done for prolactinomas.

When it comes to levels as high as you have the best way to go is medical. There could be underlying problems that you are unaware of.

That’s exactly what the doc said but we need the blood tests to know what happens

Also I wonder if I can take REIGN/Kraken with caber, in few hours I’ll take the first time a little anxious haha

Yes it’s prescribed by my endocrinologist

Yup, good thing your doctor knew their stuff. Most physicians aren’t too familiar with prolactin and will often neglect it.

Oh, and as far as caber goes; it’s a great drug for lowering prolactin. If I recall correctly, I ran it at .25mg mon thurs without any side effects (actually had minor hot flashes from the decrease in prolactin)

Took my 2nd tab of caber yesterday at night, I didnt felt nauseous this time!

And my blood tests came today, that’s not very good. 3 years ago my test was at 30 but I didn’t felt better, I see the Doc in 3 weeks and I wonder what she will give me, maybe T3 tabs or something big to reboost LH/FSH and corticoïds or test :/

Caber never made me nauseous. The only side effect I had on it were mild hot flashes from the rapid drop in prolactin. The pictures you posted aren’t showing for me right now, so I’ll have to check back later.

Likewise, I don't get sides from caber, although some can. It will go away after a week or two of use though.

So do research chemical companies sell it in liquid form or do you get it in a powder?
They sell it in liquid form, it’s just caber is widely untrusted. I haven’t gone about trying it, and if it were capable of being done, the price point of buyuspeptides’ liquid caber would be the first I’d try. But knowing this, I just go for prami. I have yet to use RC grade Prami not do what it’s supposed to do. It does come with some shytty side effects in doses over 0.25. Excessive dopamine can be weird on your consciousness, and it also sedates to a degree. I only take it 0.25 or less when I use it. It does for some reason make you a porn star that evening, I’m not a chemist or have a clue why, but I swear by it on evenings when I know me and the Mrs are gonna get nasty. Personally, if you can’t source pharma grade Caber, I purchase RC prami stat. Especially if I were lactating or had labs come back high...
