Help dosing bulk DMHA & Eria Jarensis powders

I have bulk DMHA and Eria Jarensis I am going to take with 300mgs of caffeine and 200mgs L-Theanine. What dose of each would be best? I am thinking of starting 100mgs of each. I do have a high stim tolerance.
 
I think 100mg each is a good place to start and adjust from there. Most products on the market went above this dosage, Kraken was 250mg eria/200 dmha for example. If you used a product in the past with this combo and you enjoyed it would say try and replicate the dosages they used.

carguy123 thanks man. I have used alot of pre's with DMHA but HyperMax XT(200mgs) and OxyMax(150mgs) are the only eria products I used.
I am going to go 150mgs of each.
