1st ostarine/ sarm cycle

I picked up some Ostarine (liquid form) which I know is a legit source because I have a friend who ran it with good results. I just started a supplement called true shred by hard rock supplements as well. I was wondering if there would be any issue running true shred with the ostarine? One of the ingredients in it is an aromatise inhibitor.

I am also interested in running S-4.

Runing an Ai with osta is a bad idea. You'll need all the estro you can get, as osta is suppressive. My TT was zero when I was on osta. So a test base is needed. Pin 150mg test a week and you're golden.
 
Hardly going to start jabbing is he if he's clueless about gear. This test obsession baffles me. Short cut for reasoned thinking.

Yes. You can try without it and have test prop or suspension at hand so you can get your e2 and dht up quickly then continue with cyp.

But imo f*** osta. It's a toxic piece of chit. Rather take var or tbol. Or even lgd4033...

What? Ostarine is very unsupressive. I think you accidentally bought some prohormone instead
 
I think you guys have the wrong opinion of ostarine. It’s non toxic, barely suppressive, and doesn’t really need a test base. It’s a very weak compound

Noo, it wasn't a PH as my LH stayed basically the same. Ostarine is quite suppressive and is quite toxic. Just look at the studies. One person even had to be removed from the study bc his liver enzymes were 4x out of range. And that's on a 2.5mg dose! Osta is crap, it was just hyped and almost novody does bloods on it for liver enzymes.

A quick google search will reveal endless forum posts from people with terrible freaking labs from Osta. Now, whether or not, their garbage source simply put a shyt liquid prohormone in the bottle instead of Osta, I’m willing to acknowledge that could actually have been the case. But, it’s definitely suppressive. Which makes it imo seem, to me, like it doesn’t fit many people’s goals when they could just get actual hormones, better results, and then need a post cycle anyways.

Pinch of salt time when reviewing the experienced of some of these oddballs who claim their liver and kidneys were shat out after taking 5mgs of ostarine
per day. How ****ed up were they before using ostarine? How terrible are the genetics in the first place? It's quite possible that these manly bean pole guys who have been training 20years,yet still weigh 150, are way more likely to suffer negative effects from an anabolic compound.

I've yet to see any negative effects from ostarine use up to 25mgs per day,personally,or with clients and friends.

Also, How long was your cycle?

Okey mate listen: my liver values are otherwise normal. On an andro stack, I am doing right now they are 50% above upper limit. That's normal. On var, they are about the same.

Stop beeing an uneducated bit*h and stop giving bad advice and labeling others who have a different opinion then you, as noobs or people with bad genetics. Read up on studies done on osta. People had elevated enzymes on 2.5mg dose! One person had them 4x times above upper limit and had to be removed from the studie. I wont google it for you, but here's a hint: it's one of the most known studies done on osta. So before putring others down, try educating your self a bit.

And tell me please: how many "bro's" does bloods, specifically liver enzymes whilr on sarms? Maybe 1% of users?? Did you check them? And btw, how the F do you even know that it's actually osta you are taking? This stuff is the most counterfeited bs currently on the market.

With all of this in mind and the fact that long therm sides are unknown it makes little to no sense in using osta. Whit2417 buy tbol or anavar from a trusted source and add a t base to your cycle.

If you run ostarine. Do a 2-3 month cycle. 3 months will give best results. For pct do clomid and maybe a natty t booster

Osta is a suppressive, lipid value decreasing sh1t substance that should never have made its way into the fitness industry.
