Which would you run?

I plan on running either Alphamax XT or Massmax XT at the start of June. I have run both in the past but only for 4 weeks so I don't think I got the full effect as if I were to run it for 8 weeks.

My goal is to goal gain some mass and gain some strength. I wanna run x-gels along with which ever one I choose. Although I did read you shouldn't run Massmax XT + x-gels since one is pro inflammation (ArA) and the other is anti inflammation (epicatechin). I ran these two together last summer before I even heard about that. I didn't notice anything but I wanna get the most out the supplements so I'm guessing it would be ideal not to run them together. Thoughts/opinions?

What would you choose for 8 weeks if you were looking to gain some mass?

Xgels amplifies the body's response to working out. That means, any supplement you take with the purpose of also improving body composition in conjunction with training is fine to take alongside ARA.

The most important factor with ARA is that you do not take paracetamol (or any other COX2 inhibitors) or fish oil within 4 hours of ARA if you can avoid it. Also, try to take it fasted if possible, but if not then take after/ during your warm up sets.

Personally xgels alone are amazing have stacked with anabeta before and had great results

Same here! I loved that stack! Like said x gels alone will get you awesome results if training is on point.

8 weeks for sure, although X-Gels can be ran longer than 8 weeks. 50 workout days, so if you train 5 days per week, that is 10 weeks.

Out of AlphaMax and MassMax, one could run MassMax with X-Gels if the dosing is far apart, but I am in the same boat as you; I would want to maximize my run. With that in mind, I would run AlphaMax with X-Gels. I have in the past and that was by far one of my favorite stacks. The stack aided well with lean gains, strength gains and vascularity. This comes down to diet and training as well.

That’s the concern though, if Epicatechin products don’t share the same anti inflammatory pathways as fish oil, then taking ArA with it would be just fine.

I liked my MassMax run over X-Gels, personally.

I ran MM for 8 weeks and gained about 7 lean pounds based on my waist not changing size at all. Strength went up noticeably on week 5. Overall really liked the run for the weight and strength increase. Wouldn't mind giving it another go stacked with something else next time.

X-Gels I had to cut short unfortunately. I made it to, I believe, week 5, until the DOMS were so bad that my training was being hindered. I'd wake up Monday morning feeling decent after 2 days rest, have a pretty good training session, but my training was considerably, noticeably bad as the days went on (4 day split, Weds off). I was just in too much pain.

This is all of my personal thoughts/experiences with both.

7lbs lean mass in 8 weeks is amazing! It does seem to be the norm with this product though!

I really enjoy running MassMax with ArA. It’s a phenomenal stack. Add a nice pump product (stim or non stim) and you are always going to have a killer workout! Feed yourself and watch the growth happen
