Creatine!? Wtf?

I'm not even going to mention all the hair loss and kidney failure from 25 g/d
I wouldn't say that 25g/day would actually cause kidney failure:
These studies provide a large body of evidence that creatine can not only improve exercise performance, but can play a role in preventing and/or reducing the severity of injury, enhancing rehabilitation from injuries, and helping athletes tolerate heavy training loads. Additionally, researchers have identified a number of potentially beneficial clinical uses of creatine supplementation. These studies show that short and long-term supplementation (up to 30 g/day for 5 years) is safe and well-tolerated in healthy individuals and in a number of patient populations ranging from infants to the elderly.

Of course, safe doesn't inherently mean logical or sensible haha.

Sorry - read what I say with a lot of sarcasm.

You ever mess around with cordyceps?

I have. I take Peak O2 5 days a week. I find it gives me a little bit of extra gas as my routine is based around heavy lifting followed by supersets and giant sets (time constraints). Really gives my lungs an extra kick.

Asthma is a swine though. I also react bad to Tartrazine (FD&C 5) so I swerve anything containing that or creatine. I've no idea why I react so bad to creatine as it's a wonderful supp, but after some medical tests and a CT Scan on my lungs (they thought I had COPD at 32!), the doctor told me to give the 'tine the elbow and see what happens. A month later I was breathing like I didn't have asthma again, so started back on creatine thinking that maybe it was an infection of some sort, but within a week I was yawning to catch a breath and struggling to breathe again. Awful reaction to a great product...

Serrapeptase and mullein have worked wonders in conjunction with Cordyceps though.

Very interesting reaction. Sounds like you have been very proactive though! I have some Invalid Link Removed on the way. If you are interested, I can send you a weeks worth. I, like you, struggle with asthma (exercise-related) and Cordyceps have done wonders for me.

I'm definitely interested, Mysteek, thanks very, very much.
I'm a big fan of Cordyceps and would love to try VO2 Ultra out, for sure. I live in Ireland though, so not sure how that would affect shipping etc?
