Should You Stock Up on SARMS in 2018? • SarmInfo.com
Should you stock up on sarms before the 2018 ban? Will it be hard to get a SARM after the new proposed laws pass? What does this all mean to you?
We all know that the SARM legislation is coming. Senator Orin Hatch proposed the law in April of this year, and because lawmakers in the United States are afraid of anything that is even remotely related to anabolic steroids, the law has an all but 100% chance to pass, making the legal selling, purchasing, and shipping of SARMS a thing of the past when it does pass.
If you want to read more about the law, you can check out these resources:

Ultimately, SARMS Will Go “Underground”
What the impending legislation means is that ultimately SARMS will end up becoming an underground and hard to get commodity. Just like how anabolic steroids are now cast aside to the darker parts of the internet.
For the regular user who simply wants a muscle building research chemical, it will become more and more risky and harder and harder to order a SARM from a trusted source.
If the current sources of SARMS go away, stocking up on SARMS (considering their long half life) may seem like a logical step for people with the means to do so.
Before we continue, let’s take a look at SARMS, where they come from and why this BAN will effect everyone equally.
SARM Sources – Why They Will Go Away
Although we have not had the time to discuss it on the site, there are only a few different Chinese manufacturers of SARMS. These are sold as bags as large as 1kg (2.2 lbs) and shipped to the USA so SARM companies can bottle and sell them to the consumer. Currently, these go through customs without issues (more on this later.)
Raw SARM Powders
SARMS themselves are literally patented drugs which are developed by large pharmaceutical companies like Merck, Glaxo Smith Kline, and others that have interests in bringing new prescription drugs to the market.
These drugs are being developed as medicine, but during the stages of the FDA approval process they are being recreated in Chinese labs and synthesized for manufacture and sale to so called “SARM SOURCES,” which then get sold to the end consumer.
There really are only a few different SARM sources, whether or not you use any number of companies in the USA, Canada or EU that claim to have a superior source.
SARM SOURCES ARE LARGELY THE SAME – Chances are good that whatever small company you purchased your supply of personal use SARMS from, they got their raw powders to mix from one of a few Chinese labs.
What does change however, are the standards of the reseller.
If you purchase a SARM from a reseller, they can either test the product for purity at a third party lab, or simply resell it to you claiming that it is the substance the Chinese company said that it is.
Third party testing works by analyzing the substance against a 100% pure scale sample to see if the powder is wham the supplier claims.
Purchase from a company that does not do independent third party testing on every batch, and you roll the dice that your SARMS are possibly tainted with foriegn chemicals, bacteria, industrial solvents, or in extreme and rare cases, prohormones or oral anabolic steroids.
Either way, you roll the dice with your health if you do not choose a good source from your SARMS.
The US Government Does not Regulate China, so who cares right?
You are correct, the USDA, FDA and DEA certainly do not roam the industrial parks of China, busting Chinese labs making SARM powders.
The real ban and interruption in the supply chain comes when the following things happen (these are based on history, which tends to repeat itself. Read about Columbia and the narcotic war for more on this)
The DEA and FDA classify SARMS as drugs and put them on the same list as anabolic steroids, methanphetemine, and opiods
The DEA identifies and works with the Chinese authorities to find the biggest suppliers (and consequently the BEST QUALITY suppliers)of SARMS, and shuts them down (go watch “Narcos” on Netflix to see history in action, it is based on 100% real life events).
CBP (United States Customs and Border Protection) stats to look for shipments of raw SARM powders entering the country and identifies the sellers and purchasers.
The resellers of SARMS areserved legal papers and face massive fines similar to the prohormone ban ($1000.00 per bottle of SARM in stock and $500,000 and possible jail time for each manufacturing infraction if prohormone rules applied in the 2014 DASCA apply the same to SARMS)
This means that in time, the risk of importing SARM raws and selling them will far outweigh the rewards and bennefits for selling and distributing SARMS in the United States.
Getting Caught at Customs – Love Letters from Uncle Sam
About a year ago a friend and I purchased Modafinil from India. Our first two shipments were smooth, and the third large shipment we purchased arrived and was not delivered for some reason (we had to get it from the post office).
Upon going to the post office to authorize a pick up, we were greeted with an opened package. It had been opened and taped shut with a special tape that the Customs and Border Protection agency used, and inside was a letter explaining that we could not have legally purchased what had been sent to us.
The letter was kind in its tone. It explained cheerfully that many different “medicines” being sold online are counterfeit and even if real still required a prescription from an American doctor.
The letter said that we could get our product if we proved we were medical doctors who could prescribe it, or could write back and request it be sent to us (which would never happen), or could admit we did wrong and move on.
Of course, this letter (also known as a “love letter”) is the government being nice and telling you as a consumer to knock it off, but it is still a risk you will run if you import anything controlled into the United States, including SARMS after the ban.
The conspiracy theory is that the border people are tracking what is inide packages which are intercepted, and that sellers are being flagged so that they are shut down.
If this is true or just someone being overly paranoid, I cannot confirm. It seems plausabe, but not probable considering how hard it is for a governent agency to run itself efficiently.
What Happens AFTER the Ban?
This is currently unknown, however companies currently selling SARMS have a few options. None of them seem very good from a business perspective, and none are very consumer friendly.
As a SARM Reseller
As a reseller, you could move operations outside the United States. Presumably, unless you were absollutely huge you would never have to worry about the United States government imposing any fines or legal consquences on you if you were not physically here in the USA.
You do of course run the risk of your customers getting the aforementioned letters after clearing customs, but you could always reship. Will the government track your shipments? Who knows, you can always ship from a different name and address right?
The other option is to remain in America, go underground and use the deep web (the onion/tor project) to sell on sites like the silk road. You will use crypto currency (which most SARM sellers do already) and ship without any sort of tracking through the mail, but you can still get your product out.
This assumes that your user has the technical aquity to get set up and purcahse this way. Some peple do, some people do not.
Also keep in mind that as a business, your Chinese sources willbe harder to come by. You may find that your quality suffers and your customers have quality issues.
As a SARM Consumer
So you want to cycle sarms, but they have been banned? As we mentioned above, you can always use TOR and the deep web to get source. It actually is easier than some think to use TOR, you can get an android app that does that for you, but expect it to be slow and broken (this is not the commercial internet, so it can be inconsistent).
You can also try underground labs, but if that is the case, why not just use real anabolic steroids, right?
One thing to consider as a consumer is your legal consequences if you do get caught with a SARM post ban. LIke most things, unless you have enough that you appear like you will want to RESELL, no one is going to care if you have a bottle of SARMS sent through the mail.
They will care however if you make large purhases, so the option to stock up while supplies are high, quality is good, and large purchaes have zero legal consequences.
Stocking up Before the Ban?
All things considered, should you stock up on SARMS and research chemicals before the 2018 SARM legislation passes? The question remains how long it will take to pass the law, and what the law will actually mean afterwards.
If the law passes, and supply chains do dry up, it could be weeks, or even months before they are available to find again. In that case you could be looking atthe prospect of buying from an overseas seller and needing to clear customs, or buying domestically from an underground lab.
If you decide to stock up on SARMS now, remember that
It is currently legal to purchase, ship and keep SARMS for your personal use
If you have a SARM after the BAN, you will not be held leglly accoutable if you use it, byt do not try and SELL it after the ban.
SARMS in powder form will last for years, and the ethanol, bacteriostatic water or propylene glycol needed to mix them will always be abvailable.
It is so much easier to have something on hand when you want it instead of hunting down a source later on.
The current SARM sources are well known and many of them are very trusted
