So I've been been on a TBol only cycle for 4 days 40/40/40 and 60mg today for first time. I don't know if it's me being anxious about but I feel something weird indeed my right nipple, (I'm feeling around very hard and deep) is it just tissue or something? I have no AI on hand so shall I order some Nolva for asap? Or am I being anxious.

You’re being paranoid. You’re either feeling the breast gland or some fatty tissue. And quit touching ur nips. Go ahead and order some nolva/ralox or an ai to keep on hand for the future though.
