So wanted to give this at least a week. Have been applying after my shower in the evening. 3 pumps. 1 on lower abdomen, 1 on upper left thigh, 1 on upper right thigh. I do get a little bit on the sac as well. The past few nights my boners have been waking me up and I've been much more focused at work during the day. Energy level is good and just have this nice mellowed out good feeling during the day. I would say its definitely working.

NOPE....maybe some diminishing effects after 12 weeks would be the only reason I can think of!!!

Before Primordial shut down, they were not recommending any breaks. Prior to that, the suggestion was 5 days on, 2 days off, if running long term.

I personally follow the 5/2 rule. Helps stretch product a little further, as well. Usually will take a month or two off every so often. After two years of this, I've taken my longest break to date. 6+ months easy. I'm more anxious and excited to get back on in a few months, than I am of my current cycle or anything I've run in the last year.
 
Just got tracking info updated... Should have my two bottles Friday. Looking forward to giving this a first try on the test subject.
May drop down provi to 25mg/EOD to see how that works. Just about done with my LJ100 cycle and switching to Testofen for the next 5-6 week run.

As far as the genital area, where do most apply in that scenario?? (4-6 before activity)

On this now for 8 days and have noticed little to no effect. 3 pumps each day. (each upper thigh and across lower abdomen)
185lbs 20% body fat. 200mg TRT once a week. On Tribulus. Applied after shower typically in the am.

Any ideas or recommendations??

you seem to be doing everything right...I suggest you keep using and see how it plays out!!!
 
Terrific-Will do. Excited for this stuff and I am sure it takes to effect others at different times.

I was going thru some old threads, it seems that many guys were using sustain at 6 pumps--5 on 2 off. I think you might try 5 pumps and see how that treats you, you can always back off if it gets too intense!!!

MUCH better with 5-6 pumps. I was under-dosing I'm sure. Subject is 6'2 and 185lbs. Should have gone up a step considering riding the line.

my right nipple started getting a little puffy on this and threw in some Letrone which seems to be helping? Can Sustain cause puffy nips?

both active ingredients are mild ANTI-ESTROGENS.


not saying it couldn't happen, but I've never heard this before....what other supps you taking?

First I have ever heard of this, and considering Sustains effects on estrogen, there is no reason this should happen. I'd be careful continuing both Sustain and Letrone. Good chance you will crush your E2.

Over all I would say it was a coincidence.

Never heard of that. I would consider it an odd coincidence. There may be some other things at play, such as hormonal inbalances.
