Cycles for Healing

Has anyone ever run compounds strictly for healing from an injury and avoiding atrophy?

I’m looking for suggestions. I dislocated my shoulder yesterday. It was petty terrible. I’ve dislocated my other shoulder in the past but this one was worse. The moment it popped out it swelled my entire arm from my shoulder to my fingers, and immediately turned the whole area blue. I’ll stop the details there because I won’t know the true severity until I can see an ortho, but trust me, it looked and felt extremely bad. Unfortunately, I work a very intense physical labor job, so I’ll be out until I can regain some strength and mobility in the joint. This leaves me a little desperate, so I’d consider trying a healing cycle if that’s a viable option. Have any of you done this in the past?

I don’t know anything about peptides. I’ll have to do some research on those. I was thinking mk677 could be useful as well. I know that low doses of anavar are prescribed to avoid atrophy, but that stuff is expensive.

HMB is anti-catabolic, which means it may be able to help prevent you from losing muscle, but I don’t see it actually helping with healing. Of course, a good high-protein diet is always good to prevent atrophy. BPC is promising for healing, as AG said, and I do think MK may help in a way too, as it’s also been shown to reverse catabolism.

I might order some mk while I look into the other compounds mentioned here. Are there some side effects I should be aware of? I’ve heard lethargy and increased appetite are possible. But how about it’s effect on cholesterol and is it hepatotoxic? I know there shouldn’t be a risk of typical AAS sides, like acne, balding, oily skin, ect., because it’s a GH secretagogue, which is a whole different ball game. Also, I think I’ve heard it contains a cancer risk, but only a few people have ever mentioned that on the forums I look at, so I don’t know where they got that information.

The cancer risk from MK is due to the elevated igf-1 levels which can accelerate preexisting cancer if I remember correctly. So it won't cause cancer but may accelerate an existing growth. Based on my understanding of the compound.

If you gain a bunch of muscle with an anabolic it might shield the injury. I have tendenious in my knee and cycling helped build muscle around it

I did test&masteron when I broke my hand, I think it helped but from what I heard deca might be better for healing.

Good quality HGH might be the best.

I’m going with mk677 since it’s essentially like taking hgh and hgh is heralded as an expert healer.

I need a recommendation on dose. Because I’m getting it in tablet form (I know this is unusual but it can be found) I have the option of taking 20mg or breaking it in half and taking 10mg. So how much should I start dosing per day. I will likely run this for 4 months but I’ll adjust the plan as needed while I go along.

I say 2mg for 6-8 months. This compound isn’t that strong and should be run for a long time in my opinion for healing effects to truly be sufficient

I dont recommend a cycle for this. I say take the time do physical therapy and whatever else you have to do to get it better.

Deca is wonderful for healing, but short of that Ostarine low dose with mk77 for several months will help you. I could barely perform a push up two years ago due to shoulder pain, worked wonders for me. I mega dose msm powder also,20grams per day.

The mk677 will be here in one or two days. I’ll take 20 mg, most likely for 6 months if there’s no bad sides.

I wish I could take the peptides, deca, throw a test base in. I’d be back to military pressing in 2 weeks! But my women is taking care of me while I’m a one armed man and it was a stretch to get her to be okay with me taking a research chemical to help heal. I asked if she’d pin me and she wouldn’t consider it. Plus I can’t work and my finances are screwed. So mk it is.

My body is already holding onto 5 lbs of water since the injury. I’m not sure if that’s swelling or what. It’ll be interesting to see if the mk puts me over 200 for the first time in a while. Some people describe the water retention on it as a good thing because it mostly causes muscle fullness and isn’t centered in the belly. We’ll see.

Review this if you can. I'm gonna run it Anyway but I like to read from people how it went cause everyone's different.

BPC-157 + MK

Doesn't seem to be placebo my lower back pain is gone. If it comes back it must have been a coincidence time will tell.

really ? by what action ?
Injuries cause inflammation. Invictus I think has some direct effect on inflammation but mostly lowers it by lowering cortisol.
Idk if it works for every injury but works great for pulled muscles and joints for me.

Invictus will help with aches and pains, as it reduces inflammation...much of the healing process can't occur until the inflammation is under control.

As I'm not well versed in peptides, Cissus has always been helpful to my injuries. I believe the main MOA is increasing collagen production, the types of collagen used to repair connective tissue and bone.

I’ve been on mk677 for a month and I think it’s helped with the healing a little bit. I’m finally out of the sling and starting physical therapy. My shoulder and even my biceps and triceps are all atrophied. My mobility in that arm is at about 5%. So things are rough.

In about one or two weeks, or whenever the mobility improves greatly, I’ll be adding lgd to the mk. I’m going to run it for a long cycle, about 12 weeks I’m thinking. The first 4 weeks will likely be devoted to fixing the muscle imbalance issues and what not and then the last 8 weeks I’ll hopefully be able to workout pretty hard.

There’s certain exercises I won’t be able to do during this cycle which sucks and some of you may say I shouldn’t even do a cycle but I’m a desperate man right now. I’m desperate to get back to work and my job depends on physical strength and endurance. If the mk and lgd help me get back to work a couple weeks faster, then this healing cycle will be a success.

Lastly, I wanna throw this out there. This isn’t just a healing experiment but a cutting one too. These compounds are usually stacked for a bulk but I’ll be doing intermittent fasting on them. IF combined with mk has been working well. I’m down 8 lbs in the first 3 weeks.

I've been reading up on bpc-157 And tb-500 to deal with a couple injuries that I currently have. Honestly sounds perfect for what you are going for - accelerated healing. Take the time to look into box at the least brother, I think you will like what you read. A lot of it is anecdotal but so many people praising it as a miracle healer.
