Awesome! I was going to pick one up at the Arnold Classic but I never got over to the 5% booth. The line was so long to.
 
Been so busy at work could not even lift yesterday noooooooo!!!!!!!
That’s 22 days straight without a break I guess I needed a day off anyway lol.

Dosed my usual 3 this morning. Easy to go down as always and never any herb taste coming back up like some products

Post - 18oz grilled chicken and a sausage

Chest and tris
Flat bench - very rare I go over 225 with flat anymore. My elbow and shoulder thank me. I do 3 second down and 3 second up reps while flexing my pecs

I’m hoping to see and feel some things soon though.

Hoping it kicks in soon. Sometimes it takes til toward the end of the bottle or even into a second bottle to start to see those noticeable effects.

Ya I agree usually after a month I feel natty test boosters do something. First thing I usually feel is a better sleep and better mood

Solid session over all, weights felt very heavy today even though my energy was super high. Back is still feeling tight 7 hours later sucks time to foam roll

Still no change in weight or anything else to report about at this time.
 
Sounds like you're getting the back pumps associated with being on. Start taking Taurine (maybe 2-3 grams/ day) and they should subside.

I have been looking for some info on this. How does Taurine help with pumps? I didn’t find explanation on how it helps. Except people saying it helps. Would it also help to reduce heat boils on your head?

I wish need a reliable source first. But I was in a bad car accident 4 years ago - 5 herniated discs and 3 bulging. Every once and a while it acts up.

Don’t know but people also say potassium so eating more potatoes and bananas also help

Yea that could be an option you could try, to see if you start to notice anything different at double dosage.

Major gains does have a solid profile but for a guy my size I think a higher dosage would be better. I’m 6’4 and 243 atm so usually everything I use is at higher doses lol I’m a 500mg if caffeine type of guy pre workout
But I want to stay true to the log and would post all the positives I found with major gains.

From what I remember, the taurine helps by working on the kidneys which is causing the back pumps.

Should be able to pick up a kilo tub of pure taurine at a supplement store. Well, last time I bought some, you were able to. Maybe things have changed?

It is easy to come by and fairly cheap ..
 
I will start double dosing Major Gains on Monday, might update my other thread otherwise i will just drop my weekly report or monthly report in someones log :P
 
Hahaha sadlynim 100% legit with my job. I was a academy instructor so I know the law very well and abide by it.
I knew some Drug Enforcement Sheriff's Department guys back in my hometown. That where big in arresting a guy and charging them with just enough, and the rest of the product "disappeared". It's quite sad really.

I hate crooked cops
I am blue to the core and will fight for any officer even if they made us look bad. But they would hear it from me and since I’m a sgt I would have too tell my lieutenant.
 
I think there might have been a reason for my ;) in that comment. Lol! Working in the prison is a different story though.

Don’t know how those guys work in the prisons. I give it to them. Imagine working where these savages live. Must say most fights that I gotten into was picking up the inmates from corrections and taking them to court. I get into more fights with them than people I lock up.

Retired from the Army in a Warrior Transition Unit, that had a Reservist, and was a Cage Kicker in real life in Illinois. He retired from the Army and back at working in the women's Penitentiary that he was in. He said he loves his job. Guess, working in a women's jail wouldn't be as bad. Less fights maybe.
