Any idea what could be causing the heart flutters or rapid heart beat for 5-10 minutes after I take two caps? I am the only one who gets these so far in the logs. I am not stim sensitive either.

The 2-Amino Isoheptane in Muscle Sculptor is known to increase heart rate so it could be that.. But i'm not 100% sure.
 
could be the 2-amino. weekends only should be fine boss. everything looks good in here so far :) keep it up!
 
Man just busy life. I was 220.8 on the scale this morning though. If it’s accurate, that’s the lowest I have been in 10 years!!! I remember hitting 222 about 8 years ago. Only reason cause I was getting my fitness on cause I was single!

Baseball practice the last two nights from 5-7. Meetings after school. Then family time. Then I watch our little girl so momma can have some free time. Gonna try to do cardio pre bed but I am pretty tired. Should be able to deadlift tomorrow!
 
Sounds life you lead a busy life. Just make sure you enjoy your time with that little girl, they grow up fast!

Ya I was pretty stoked. Really haven’t changed all the much in the last 2 weeks diet wise. I just try to portion control. Haven’t lifted as much or done as much cardio, but I have been way more active outside because of baseball. Need to start sprint work soon!
 
Yep. I always add in sprints in the summer at least three times a week. It helps me shed alittle winter weight. I can tell a different whenever i add them in on my hip flexors as well.
 
Day 40 May 11

Not the week that I wanted but such is life.

Deadlift 135x5x5
Hang Clean 135x3x3, 135x5, 155x5, 180x5
Deadlift 205, 225, 245, 265x3 280x5, 325x5, 365x1, then 4. My left thumb inside joint had some shooting pain through it. So I strapped up and grounded out 4 reps. I mean grinded. I didn’t realize it’s been almost 2 weeks since I actually deadlifted heavy.

I felt great today. Considering I spent all day with 80 1st grade kids on a field trip. They tire you out!

45 minutes pre-bed Cardio. Good decently intense session. Times go by fast of quality episodes of Black Sails!
 
Day 41 May 12

Ate some egg and sausage burrito for breakfast. First time I have ate before 12 for awhile. Funny thing is I can’t get full.

I always gotta take a crap before I work out and that always seems to last too long..lol

Yeah stimulants in general can cause that. Always feel lighter on my feet after lol

Man sorry guys. Think I bit off more than I can chew here. Baseball in full swing and end of the school year.

Really no time to lift unless I want no family time with practices. Woke up twice to workout in the morning and both times the baby girl woke up. So I fed her while momma took shower and got ready. She still currently sleeps in the rock and play in our room. Plus baby boy woke up twice so I sleep on the floor so he stays in his room.

Diet has been decent. Definitely could be worse.

Should be able to lift tomorrow since it’s the last day of school and we get out at 1. I do have a double header baseball games tomorrow night. So gonna be a long day.

Still sitting around 220-222lbs.
 
Haven’t had the heart flutters in awhile. Appetite suppressant hasn’t hit as hard as before it seems like.

Weight at 221.6 so I am happy with that with the lackluster week I have had workin out. Now I will get a workout in. Probably cancel games due to rain so now I have to travel to a graduation party. Was hoping to get out of that!
 
Got in a quick bench session. 135x5x5, 195x2x3, 205x6, 235x6, 250x1. Struggled. Been 12 days since I have benched.

Then had to go to baseball. 0-3 on the year. Little stressed about it but we have gotten better each game. We are very very young. All 1st year junior legion players so I expect great growth from week to week.

Got in a solid workout today even though last night I got up to feed baby girl, then an hour later went and slept on the floor next to my boy. I am tired this afternoon after long night of baseball.

Nice deadlifting session. Probably a good thing you didn't attempt heavier if your back was tight. That's always when injurys occur.

I havent. Gonna look it up. Deadlift emom sounds fun. I feel like i should incorporate some stuff like that in my program. I havent done any emom since my crossfit days

Gonna finish this week with 8/6/3. Think it’s evident my strength has dropped but my training also hasn’t been as consistent the past 3 weeks which is this bottle.

My boy then said he had to poop on the big boy toilet. 30 minutes later he finally poops. So lifting got cut short.

Man I thought life would slow down since school is out but nope not the case. Deciding to start my masters, get more endorsements on my CDL and Baseball takes up so much time. 0-4 and have got 8 runned 3 of those games. Played all teams who made state last year and have a strong core back. My guys will come around if they can mentally survive this first part of the season as they adjust to the bigger field. Plus with family, I really need to wake up at 5 and lift so I don’t have to during the day. That’s so hard to adjust and wake up though.

Strength continues to decrease with weight staying the same. I am going to either go to 10x3 or hit another program based off tempo and really focus on the pumps and not the strength until I reach my goal weight and then I should be able to build my strength back up.

Think the stress is getting to me. Not really feeling the effects of MS at the moment. My weight is sticking around 222 though.

Ive got 4 kids and work construction. I get up at 2:30 to lift before work. Its hard to adjust to and keep up but it can be done. I actually like it now :) you can call me crazy i know i am
 
I do not use an alarm, but wake up every day at 3:15 and can't wait to lift, I Love It!!

I don't wake up that early but i do have an internal alarm where i wake up everyday around 5 to 5:30.

Luckily my children sleep in and don’t wake up at the crack of dawn. Currently we have our 10 week old in a rock in play in our room and I would feel horrible if I would wake her up. It’s happened 1-2 times when attempted to wake up and do fasted cardio. We are gonna transition to her crib here within the next month. I am sure I will have an internal alarm in the future

Well The wife went to the family cabin while I went to my baseball game Friday night. So I just slept in Saturday morning since I didn’t get back home until 1 am.

No kids, That explains it !!

Hit 226 back on the scale. My fault. Late night eating due to getting back late from baseball along with some beer Sunday night.

Did 10x3 on bench. Unsure of the program but I am gonna stick with it for a month. I just need a change.

Lat Raises Superset with Shrugs 5x20reps

Felt really good today. Did some fishing last night with the kid and today for 4 hours. Mostly me fishing while he swam. Feel a little rejuvenated. Had a solid workout today. I dug this workout more than bench. Yes I got burned. I feel like I am leaner. Will have to go back and look in a bit. Off to baseball practice. 0-7 on the year. Out hit opponents in 5 out of 7 games though ha
