If your E2 is 53 on this scale,Reference Range Male: 5.4 - 65.9 pg/mL, how does it compare to E2 of 42 on a scale of 8-43?
They are only 2 months apart but obviously different scales.
thanks.

As long as the blood value tested was the same, the reference ranges don’t really change the number on the bloodwork. Some labs will just have different reference ranges.

High enough to try and bring down in my opinion. I typically like my in the lower 30s

Ok.
I’ve been really sick for over a year with unbelievable fatigue, soreness, weakness, ed, BP spikes, actually almost bedridden now. Feels like the flu that won’t go away.
I’ve had pretty much everything ruled out including Lymes, hypothyroidism, Cushings, sleep apnea, diabetes, MS, etc....to find the reason. The only thing left really is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Just trying to find any possibilities. Thanks a lot.

Might want to try some OTC AI's first, you can buy stuff like ATD from Euro sites, theres a few other OTC options still available as well...Run those for a month then get bloodwork done again, see if it lowers your estro.
If still high. look in to buying some real AI's from MA Research.

Any update? Get any bloods?

I had some similar issues and cutting out all stims and switching to Adaptogenic herbs helped some. Of course address any dietary issues first.
