doing research for upcoming 3 week superdrol(10,20,30)/prostanozol(75,75,100) stack. i have access to nolva. however, in case my connection falls short i was wondering about over the counter PCT supplements. AND even if my contact comes through should i add any of the above or go Nolva solo? and yes all my BP supplements will be taken throughout.
 
Bump,, I am going to start the same cycle after the new year.

I'll be adding Fenugreek to what ever response this thread gets..
 
I will be doing a SD Prostanazol cycle around the first Feb. Looking forward to seeing what gets posted here, as I have requested similar info in a few other threads. I'll post anything worhtwhile in here also.
 
Rebound, Novedex, Ultra Hot are all the same thing...ATD. An awesome product with multiple times for usage, not just PCT.

I haven't heard much about PCT, but it should be in line with all the other products in the ALRI arsenal...from the Ingredient list, I would suggest not using it alone if you are doing a cycle of any kind of strength.

Lean Xtreme CAN be used in conjunction with other supps for PCT. It reduces cortisol which is a bitch post-cycle. It can ruin gains and is generally elevated during PCT. A ReboundXT/Lean Xtreme/ActivaTe PCT is great.

Legal Gear is **** IMO, but bulk Formestane can be easily made into a transdermal that has been reported as being effective and somewhat beneficial depending on what the cycle looks like.

biker340 & delta314, where are you guys in your research? what kind of calories are you planning on ingesting? doing any cardio while on? if done right, i KNOW this cycle is going to do wonders for me. i plan on keeping a log for all others doing research as well as take any constructive-critism that anybody has to offer.
 
I've been keeping a daily log for the last year on everything I eat/ingest. I did it up on an Excel spreadsheet, and I monitor my carbs, protein, fat, and calories all day to insure I'm holding at 50, 40, 10 with a total calorie intake of between 2800 and 3300. When I started my e-Max cycle I weighed 196lbs and after 4 1/2 weeks I'm up to 212lbs. I train 5 days a week. This is my first cycle with anything, so I'm not as knowledgable about supplements and procedures as most of the people around here, but I'm learning.
 
I have cut my cardio down from one hour everyday to only 15 minutes a day for three days a week while on cycle. The cardio keeps me from gaining any weight. I;m thinking I will go back to an hour a day while on pct. What do you think?

rdj, I have been on these boards since October, I do more reading/researching than posting.
I have my diet down and support supps ready. I would like to get my PCT in line before I start. I am pretty active during the day, so I will not be doing much cardio. I have done other Pro Hormone cycles in the past with good gains, but lost most of it due to a lack of soild PCT. This will be the first SD cycle for me, so I do not want to lose any of the gains.

this will be my 2nd official cycle. for years i would just buy a bottle of the lastest whatever from GNC and take it according to the bottle. never did a pct which would explain why my gains were lost while i was not taking anything. i just finished a e....max/prostanozol cycle. i was looking to drop a little of the bad stuff (fat) before i started trying to add some good stuff (muscle). on my upcoming cycle, i am looking to keep my cals between 3300-3500 cals (50-55%p, 25-30%c, 15-20%f). while on this cycle, i plan on doing 2 cardio sessions per week of 30-40min at no more that 65% max heart rate.
 
Just a follow up to this thread. I noticed this question asked a few days ago and I thought I would resurrect the topic.

I just finished a 10/20/30 SD cycle and PCT, using DR. D's old school method. It consisted of OTC supps.
Week 1, 200 mg/d DHEA, 600 mg/d 6-OXO, 3 Fenugreek caps.
Week 2, 150 mg/d DHEA, 500 mg/d 6-OXO, 4 Fenugreek caps.
Week 3, 100 mg/d DHEA, 400 mg/d 6-OXO, 5 Fenugreek caps
Week 4, 50 mg/d DHEA, 300 mg/d 6-OXO, 6 Fenugreeks caps.
Added during week 2, was trib, maca, ZMA, (keep libido going)

I kept all of my gains, and have no signs of gyno. As a side note, I am 43 yrs., weigh 250 lbs., and have never had any signs of gyno, pre-pubertal or after other pro-hormone cycles.

I am not recommending this, just thought I'd throw it out there.
And Yes, I do Tamoxifin citrate on hand just in case of a flare up later on.

What’s 13 year bump? I can’t go to her for blood work because then she’ll know. I don’t need a PCT; I just need info on an AI or not

You just posted and bumped the thread to the current day 13 years later, hence 13 year bump.

As for the rest, before doing anything about anything, don't do anything. Hope this helps.
