Guys honestly if you haven't tried the Incline Bench DB Tricep Kickbacks. You need to do them
 
So yesterday I pushed mowed my acre. Got about 17,000 steps in. Today, was a cooler, rainy day, so I was stuck in my chair with the tv and phone. So what did I do...What else I ordered a bottle of Vector, a bottle of FD2.0, and 2 bottles of Absolutely Abliderated. Since my bloodwork wont be done till November, and I go on vacation in December. I wont be running my test, oral tren, var run till January. Looks like this is gonna be a nice long recomp/cut. Maybe I can get that bf% way down and get cut up like I was in a knife fight. Lol
