HCG

Hi everyone,

I am currently on 250mg Test E per week for TRT. I am also on 0.5mg Arimidex every 2-3 days as well to manage estrogenic sides.

Being that I am on TRT and in my mid 20's, I've been given a script for HCG through my pharmacy to preserve size of the testes and their functioning.

Only thing is, here in AUS our Pharmacy HCG is in pre-filled syringes, in this case 1500 IU per shot.

Just wondering on everyone's thoughts of a 1500 IU shot per week as it's an unusual dosage and in the one hit (unfortunately I can't split it!).

I could only imagine it would still be beneficial over not running HCG.

Can you change the needles in the syringe? 500IU twice a week to EOD is the maximum recommendation to avoid desensitization. You're on TRT though so the rules could be different. Im positive another senior member will chime in.

Good summary of HCG is below. HCG is more than preventing testicular atrophy, it’s for backfilling pregnenolone.

Buy syringes and backfill the 1 ml you don’t use into two new syringe each with 0.5 ml in for next shot
