First a big thanks to IconicForm and all at Iconic Formulations for supplying me with one bottle of Iconogenin.

Stats: 235lbs 5.5" and BF uncertain.
age: 39

Hx: I have used the following transdermal :BPS dermacrine-BPS sustain alpha -muscle gelz AndroHard. Transdermal are alittle bit missy but I do like the ritual of applying it to the skin.

Training - about 4 to 5 days in gym. Hit one muscle group per day. Been bbing for about 23 years now and still loving it.

So let pump this out!!!!
 
DAY 1-CHEST

wide bar BB chest press- 2x45-3 set- 15 reps
db flat chest press 95lb,100,100 3 set- total 8-10 reps
Hammer chest press- 3x45- 3 set- total 30 reps
Cable flys- 40,50,60,70 -4 set- 10-20 reps
Hammer incline chest press-3x45 3 set- 10 reps
incline BB chest press 2x45-on smith- 3 set- 10 reps
DB hex press 50lbs-3 set- 10 reps
fly machine- 90,100,110,120,130 -5 set- 10 reps

Went to gym in morning and hit chest good. Got done and went to mail box and I was welcomed by my bottle of Iconogenin. I got home and eat and then showered. Dry my self off and applied 4 pumps of Iconogenin- 2 pumps to one delt side and 2 to the other delt side. . Each pump was a good amount and was very thick, white, creamy. Smelled slightly chemical like-but over all can't notice the smell. I tried to thin it all over the delt. It took a good 20 min for it to total get dry.

SO thats my first day- hope for good gainz. Bottle of Iconogenin is cool too..back shows how much is left.

DAY 5- DELTS AND TRAPS

FRONT RAISES DB- 40,45,50 -3 SETS 10-12 reps
Plates Raises- 45 then 35 -3 set 8-10 reps
Cable Raises- 80,90,100 - 3 sets 10 reps

Rope Delt pulls- 60,70,80,90 - 4 sets 10-20 reps
Rear cable flys- 40,45,50 - 3 sets 10-20 reps
Rear Delt machine- 70,80,90,100 -4 sets 10-20 reps

Side Delt machine - 90,100,110 -3 sets 10 reps
Cable side raises-35,40,45 - 3 set 8-10 reps
DB cable raises- to failure with any weight possible - 2 sets reps range 20-30

Traps
Sitted trap machine reverse sitted 3x45 each side - 3 sets
Standing trap machine - reverse grip-3x45 each side- 3 sets
standing trap plate raises to failure 20-30 reps range

Good hit to delts. Delts tend to grow like weeds. strong body part for me. Still using 4 pumps. Only thing notice is I am fuller. but I can yet link anything to the Laxogenin-too soon I think.
 
DAY 11-BACK

Wide Bar Lat Pull Down 140,160,180,200 4 sets- 10-20 reps
Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
Standing Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 50,60,70- 3 set 10 reps
T-bar row- 3x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

Energy has been good in the gym. Iconogenin has kicked in. Appearing more fuller and leaner. Aggression in gym is up too. For a natural product this has been great so far. Still at 4 pumps. hope to see more changes at the 20 day mark.
 
DAY 19- LEGS

QUAD
DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps
Leg Press 45x7,6,5 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure

HAMS

standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

Leg day was great...having trouble walking. Still using 4 pump daily. Mood and energy high. I am up 5 lbs - you can see in the mirror that I am fuller and muscles all over look bulkier. I feel stronger and have been able to lift heavy and increase reps on most movements. so very happy with my progress.
 
DAY 30-ARMS and ABS

Bicep:

EZ-BAR CURLS- 25,30,45 lbs
3 SETS OF 12-15 REPS

ALTERNATING DUMBBELL CURLS 40,45,50 lbs
4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS

PREACHER CURL- 60lbs preload golds
3 SETS OF 12-15 REPS

STANDING HAMMER CURLS 35,40,45lbs
4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS

Triceps

CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESS 1x45lb
4 WORKING SETS OF 12-15 REPS

E-Z BAR SKULLCRUSHER- 60lbs preload golds
4 SETS OF 10-12 REPS

SINGLE-ARM CABLE PUSH-DOWN 20lbs
3 SETS OF 12-15 REPS

TRICEPS PUSH-DOWN 20,30,40,50 lbs
3 SETS OF 15-20 REPS

sorry about late update. I hit a problem..my calf started to pain like hell. When to doctor and they think it is just a sprain- but it does n't feel like one. They are unsure if it is a DVT. So I got a scan tomorrow to rule out DVTs. I am praying that it not a DVT. Aside from that I have workout around the injury. Still at 4 pumps on the Iconogenin. workout are solid... but not the usual intense. Due to the pain in the calf still. But I think everything will get back to normal soon- if its a negative scan.
 
Liking what I see as oral Laxo never seems to do much for me.

Had a good run with Iconogenin. I have used Laxogenin but with tablets(oral). I used Iconogenin with four pumps daily. I can hands down tell that this gel beats the oral tablet by 100%. Thing I noticed first off was appearing fuller and rounder. All muscle belly look great in the mirror-had only a few days were I was flat looking. Strength went up mildly. Libido was up slightly too. I used this a few day after using PCT. It seemed to help with the anabolic recovery. This is a natural ingredient. Don’t expect non-natty gains. This stuff is a lot more mild. So it great for natty who don’t use. Also I loved it after PCT. This compound has a noticeable affect on you body without any shutdown or nasty sides. Give it a try.
