I Did barbell Shoulder Workout this Morning. My body is lookin Pretty Lean,and I haven’t step on the scale in 16 days now. This new Radiate is very hard on My appetite,but the Energy,Focus,and Endurance Level,is Amazing! I also don’t eat Meat on Mondays now.
 
It's pretty hard to imagine you looking much leaner, but you keep on surprising us bro! Curious as to why you don't eat meat on Monday's?

Just giving My Digestive System a Break from the week before Monday. I have gone without Meat for 3 weeks,and I felt Great!

Day 24

I have been exercising 10 days Straight now,and Radiate has really helped Me with Recovery..
My workouts are Awesome,and The Biggest improvement while taking Radiate is My Sprinting.
I can run a 100 yard Sprint with the 10Lbs Speedsac,and not be tired at all.

Workout Today will be Shoulder and back. I took 1 capsule at 0500,and I will take 2 capsule at 1200 before Workout.
 
Chest,Abs/3 capsule today

I had a Great Workout this morning, and I am noticing My neck is getting leaner,with New veins showing! I started doing Plank Frog Jumps today awesome exercise for the total body!

Had a Great Chest and Back Workout this morning! Body is getting leaner every day. I did 3 capsule today and Tomorrow Workout will be Arms,and Sprint Training!
