Start of New Cycle

Thanks for the tip. I will try that next time. Thats actually why I wasnt going deeper. I could feel my knees and wanted to almost put my hands there. But, I know thats bad

Happens to me too sometimes, it's weird. Some days my knees are fine and others they ache just doing a half rep.

Yeah, from being a pack mule in the Army all my cartilage is gone. So its bone on bone, but the VA says I'm too young for surgery so I try to heal things myself. Which I have been doing pretty good of. I got 2 sets of 335x8 on working sets of squats, and got 505 for 50, and then a second set of 30. Even though my feet where a bit low on the plate. Next time I will get them higher

There is only 1 way to go and that is up and improve. And thanks to Radiate, I'm sweating like a fat woman on my 600 lb life getting on an airplane

Thats Michigan. We have 2 freeways that come down river and 1 of them is completely shutdown till Novemeber so everyone coming down river uses 1 road. And it makes the drive a lot longer. Some days I get to it before the traffic kicks in....Others not so much

Sorry I am late to the game been following you log didn’t realize you were in DownRiver Detroit area where about are you?

That would be great I have been lifting alone where do you go I work nights so I train during the day but am off on the weekend
I work days in Detroit, and train at night but maybe we could get a Saturday in. I lift at Planet Fitness in Taylor, Victory Gym in Brownstown, and Oakwood in Melvindale, when I got the cash.

I have been lifting at planet in south gate haven’t made it to victory yet definitely will have to pick a Saturday to meet up

I think she seriously may have gone off some deep end somewhere... Maybe she got stuck in one of those poopy toilets she was always posting pics of.... That would make her stuck in some serious ****! Ok ok that was *****y joke.... Oops I did it again. stacy1212 I think she really did enjoy that **** a little too much.

That's the reason I wanted to give her a dewormer.
