Did 100 push-ups last night in sets of 10 with 40 seconds rest. This should improve the more I do them. Pretty weak right now.

Day 8 April 9
Weight 232.8 - down 4lbs since start of log.

Workout 30 minutes Elliptical. Another great session. Intensity and endurance is getting up it seems.

Planks, Left and Right Planks, Superman’s - 4 sets of 30 second holds for a total of 16 sets. Nothing too strenuous just recovery work.

Notes - weight down 4lbs since the start. Probably water weight. My mood has been amazing today. Took 2 caps at 2:45 and cardio at 4:30. No resting heart rate increase noticed before or after cardio. I did eat at 12:00. My chest is not sore at all. Thought it would be since I added pushups last night.

First day of baseball practice. I threw around 350 balls at batting practice. My whole body is sore! I can throw BP all day as long as I am not throwing hard. Just enough so it’s no rainbow.


Notes - Took 2 caps at 4pm. Heart flutters around 4:45. So I had some Spitz Sunflower seeds. My mood and appetite suppressant were good today.

Nice! thebigt is down 4lbs as well so you both are shredding the weight very soon in the log!
 
So Deadlift was motivated by mkretz. I am weak compared to him but I am going to add 225 at the end of each session and see if I can get 25-30 reps at the end of this run.

Haha thanks man. If grip is your issue you'll be fi e just doing it more often!!! It doubles as cardio too!
 
Those are good numbers. Im trying to get back to my all time records too. Going quicker than i thought it would. Muscle memory is an amazing thing lol. After 3 months ive already matched my ohp all time. 15 pounds off my deadlift. 30 off my squat. And 65 off my bench :( bench is always a b1tch for me. Took me FOREVER to get over 300 (which is where my last max put me) and 365 was my all time. Bench is taking longer to come back than anything else.

I think its totally doable to get there at 210. That would be beast mode right there. I think i was 230 at my strongest

Same here... not far off right now... actually probably within 5-10 lbs on everything... if I can stay consistent I'll crush it for sure

Your giving me something to work for! I still remember the day I did 315 for 10 reps on deadlift and thought I was a BA. Though that really shouldn’t be that difficult and think I can do that now. Which now I am going to do!

My plan today was to deadlift right after school but I had to go check on New baseball uniforms, hats and T Shirt designs. Then went to the park.

Gotta decide whether I want to attempt deadlift or work shoulders. I hate lifting after 8. I am just ready to watch tv and relax. Teaching lower elementary kids and then coming home to a 2 year old and a 1 month old is exhausting! Love it but I can definitely see how easy it would be to let myself go to blubber town and quit working out. Can’t let that happen.

Not feeling it. Didn’t hit my lifts so next week I am resetting my Press Max to 185. Totally not feeling it tonight could have been part of it Or all the cardio. I also didn’t hit my shoulder Press numbers last week.

That’s it. Tired. My mood is still great and appetite is still down. 2 black bean burgers and a salad. I really thought I would be hungrier right now.

They are pretty good! Relatively healthy and a quick supper! I ate them without a bun or any condiments.

More baseball tonight. But hopefully I can get a key to some cages so we can do some stations. Get in more hacks and less throwing for me. I have an odd team as I have 13 players. 12 of them are first year Junior Legion players. The 2nd year player is in the Autism Spectrum. He is a liability on defense and is just plain terrible on the basepath but he sure can put the ball in play! Just not very strong. I love lunch hitting him with someone on 2nd and 3rd with less than 2 outs!

In legion they have to use -3 bats. Last year they all used -10 so it is a huge change. Plus pitching from farther back is gonna he a challenge. They are good ballplayers. This year may be challenging but next year we have a chance to be something special!

Notes - felt great. Focused, driven. Great mood all day for the Sh1t kids put us through. NOT a big deal but running up stairs the other day, felt a little pain in my knee once, haven’t felt it since. Left Shoulder/Armpit area sore today.

We all do! Eventually I will get up and lift in the mornings. Too hard to get up!
Its hard but if you do your best to get to bed at a decent hour its much easier. I get up at 230 every morning to be fully coffeed, awake and at the gym by 330-4. Do i sometimes wake up to my alarm turn it off and fall back asleep? Every once in a while. But not very often
 
Looking at you Schedule it reminds me of my self, I'm sure you are like me and laugh when someone says, " I don't have time to excerise "

I'm the same way! I would love to get up at like 4am and knock out my workout everyday but I tend to workout in the evenings more often than I do the mornings.

Day 12 April 13

45 minutes morning fasted cardio.

Popped two pills at 3:30. I just can’t seem to get out of school by 4 anymore. So I missed my window to lift. Just laid the kid down. Now Giving the baby a bath. Then falling asleep to Daddy’s Home 2

Notes: appetite suppressant wasn’t there today. Kind of gorged during supper. Mood still great!

Gonna try 1 cap morning pre cardio this weekend and then 2 caps afternoon preworkout around 2-3, whenever the little guy falls asleep for his nap.

Notes: Great endurance during morning cardio. Had pancakes around 11:45. Focus was there during lifting. Strength and Endurance was not. Disappointed in only getting 9 reps on bench. Maybe due to eating an unhealthy lunch and so much cardio lately? Appetite suppressant is up today. Seems like 3 caps really upped the suppressant for today. Also, I did sweat more than usual during both workouts

Nice! That's a plus! So you typically have pain when you bench? Like rocket said must be the laxogenin aiding in joints.

Yes for the past month or two. It seems to come and go depending on how often and heavy I bench. I also notice it less when I DO NOT incorporate biceps.

I can feel it is sore today though. Did not bother me lifting today.

lol...I can do lifts like curls all day with no problem, but benching kills my right elbow.

Notes - felt really focused, good clean energy today. Lower back was sore after hang Clean otherwise I would have done 225 for reps. Gotta stop making excuses and just do it! Health first though.
 
Day 15 April 16

Weight 231.2. Down another 1 1/2 pounds. Which I am happy with considering diet wasn’t the best this weekend. Much better during the week when I have to work

30 minutes fasted morning Cardio.

Pretty sure I am gonna take today and tomorrow lifting off. We will see though. May hit some legs

30 minutes LISS cardio pre-bed around 9:30pm. Even ate a nice Friendly supper. Cheesy Broccoli, Bacon Chicken thighs! Delicious

Just found out yesterday that I am moving positions next year again. We do a lot of shuffling as teachers leave.

Missed out this round on getting my Golden Irish pup.

Basketball and Football coaches are Being douchebags about letting my baseball players participate in tournaments because they have to go to their summer team camps

The Good - 2 mornings in a row I was at 228. So that is a drastic change since Monday morning. Appetite Suppressant has really kicked in this week. Stuck to small, higher protein meals for supper this week and have just drank a bunch of water.

The Bad - left armpit was really sore. Once I got warmed up I could still feel it but was fine. Worked on some explosive movements with a pause. I don’t like it when I get those heart flutters. It doesn’t happen every day, it’s weird.

Just a thought...But the biceps actually help st abilize the elbow while benching so by not training biceps you allow the elbow to be more stable which may explain why you have less or no pain

I was thinking since I have been training them the bicep tendon connecting to the shoulder was inflaming. Could be way off though.

What a night. Kids were restless. Wasn’t able to work out but hopefully soon. Been cleaning all morning and I have an hour to get in a workout. Then family, daughters baptism then sons birthday party.

Weight was 226.0 this morning. Adding an extra cap in the mornings have been working out nicely it seems. We will see what happens Monday morning after this weekend of family. Some sort of hot chicken salad, sloppy Joe’s, and this amazing potatoe and macaroni salad.

Liking my mirror results. Measurements will tell the story though.
