I need to change up my routine some for work this week. Here is what I normally do, I am only going to post the days in question:
Tuesday - legs hypertrophy
Wednesday - HIIT on eliptical
Thursday - push hypertrophy
Friday - pull hypertrophy
Saturday - Legs heavy
This week, I need to swap Thursday and Wednesday, pushing my HIIT cardio session back one day, giving myself two days between HIIT and heavy legs versus three days. Would pushing it back one day make that much of a difference for my Saturday session?
