Hey guys...
So after the holidays this year I have been having a lot of trouble going back to maintaining a more strict diet and training regimen.
What are some tips or tricks you guys use to help you stay on track with your diets?
I seem to be having a hard time switching back to eating my usual "bro foods" (chicken, beef, fish, rice, asparagus, etc) as its just so plain and flavorless that I am rarely finding those meals appetizing (literally have to force them down most times as I honestly just dont look forward to eating them at all regardless of how hungry I let myself get).
How do you guys keep your diet on track as far as your macros go while rotating out the food you eat so that you dont get bored of eating the same crap day after day every week without throwing your macros off?
I get sick of eating the same thing for more than a few days in a row so me and my lady usually prep meals for 2 days at a time but even then we only have so many options as far as what we can cook or prep.
How do you guys keep yourselves from getting bored of your diet or from eating the same foods over and over again? It seems there are only so many "meat head friendly" recipes that one can incorporate into their regimen.
Any sources for bodybuilding recipes or cookbooks would be greatly appreciated!
