Tanked Estrogen

Who all here has ever tanked their estrogen?! How long typically will it take to rebound? If someone has crashed estrogen would running a serm help bring estrogen up due to increased test production. Thank you
 
2-4 weeks. I have not done this personally but 12.5-25mg of clomid a day for 2 weeks should speed things up
 
Yea, I have done it an am currently doing it.
Stacking hcg, raloxifene, and letro trying to get my peanuts to become fat grapes.

My fcuking joints are killing me. Bout to zap myself with some straight fsh too.
 
Are you running the ralox for gyno? Not going to do much for your testes or it will take awhile

RESULTS: Raloxifene significantly increased serum concentrations of LH and FSH (by 29% and 21%), total testosterone (20%), free testosterone (16%) and bioavailable testosterone (not bound to sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG; 20%).

And yea, I’ve got some mild gyno I’m getting rid of as well.
*side note, nolva is still more effective at increasing lh in men.

I’m going to the doc to get a full check up in two weeks, so if my blood work looks good I’ll stop.
Already been on it for 2 weeks. Everything really didn’t start to hurt until this week.
 
no more than a few weeks, assuming you forced the tank (with letro or similar ai)... achy joints, dead libido, and general moodiness were all I saw and nothing intolerable. about 2-3 weeks and I was feeling good again (good, not perfect ha)
 
Yea I just got off, been on test since December.
I haven’t working out this week, maybe next week. But that’s just cause I’m lazy.
