Epistane and Rest days

On my first ever cycle. I’m on day 5 of epistane at 30mg.Normally I take a rest day after every 4 days of working out. So I’m wondering if should continue that.

It depends on your programming. Being on a PED doesn’t mean you need to take less rest days even though you should recover faster.
