MK677 useless?

I’ve been curious about MK677. People say you have to run it for a very long time to see positive results, around six months to a year. Has anyone actually seen positive results with this? I’m constantly hearing claims that it increases appetite and sleep duration but that would be a detriment to me consider I’m 25 years old, sleep 9-12 hours a night, and I eat 4-6 meals a day with plenty of snacking in between (during maintenance). So would MK677 be useless for me at this age or would it help me make gains? Thank you.

The question is not so much about MK677 rather growth hormone in general. Will an increase in GH (and IGF1 up to 50-60%) help you. Absolutely. Are you going to notice a huge difference, absolutely not. Its more of an ancillary. Synergistic with other drugs and training etc..I can tell you personally on a 6 month run of Mk677 it was easier for me to lean out and retain muscle. Not a big difference but noticeable.

Not useless at all.
The sides can be different for everyone. It cut my sleep short -but I felt recovered after only 5 hours (normally 8-9).

For me it was:
good:
-losing fat in hip section, noticeable after about 2-3 month
-awesome dreams, like 3D...no other words to describe it

bad:
-hunger cravings, but even on a so/so diet, I lost a ton of fat on my belly and hips
-numb hands on waking up
-vertigo on waking up, for the first two weeks
-really bad bloat after month 4

If I would run it again, I would do it with a dry oral and a test base (in my case straight AAS).
For anyone else, together with a Sarm like LGD and epi-andro/Dermacrine as a base, it can give really good results. Don't forget a PCT afterwards, running MK throughout.

Thanks for the responses. Sounds like it’d be a good idea to start running it now so I can experience some of the leaning out effects by midsummer, but at the same time I’d be taking a risk because of the potential bloating. Did you guys notice faster recovery between workouts?

Faster recovery? Not much for me. Keep in mind that any HGH works best in an anabolic environment (Cycle: Sarms, PH's, AAS). Taking it on it's own, you may not notice much of its effects. The bloating starts late and goes away a few days later when getting off. Not everyone bloats on it.
I would start low, like 10mg for the first few days -then ramping up to 20-30mg. For me it was best to take it before bed. Taking it during the day made me sleepy and uncomfortable -but others have a different opinion.

100% agree with gramps. You will not notice anything but a loss in money if you don't do at least 2 cycles of strong compounds in the 6-9 months to get real results. HGH and IGF1 are touted as these mega game changers but only for ppl that are already doing regular AAS cycles.

Yeah I got the hunger and some leanness, improved recovery. I did not get numbness or bloat, but improves sleep too. Only used in conjunction with PH. Would not be a super mass gainer alone, but over a long spell could have effect all on it's own.

Used for 1.5 years, but took a break it started giving me cramps I think, I would wake up and cat stretch and get leg/abdominal cramps consistently toward the end of use... Like it was messing with electrolyte balance or something?

Yeah when I removed it mid cycle once they went away... So I like MK, but maybe all the time use causes that? I could try again next bulk after my RAD recomp log...

Interesting. So MK677 is mostly an additive to AAS cycles or other SARMS. That pretty much supports my idea about HGH in general. It seems like it’s been totally blown out of proportion by the media as some miracle hormone but it’s really just something that’s beneficial in ways, but certainly won’t completely transform you on its own.

I've been on for 6 weeks now, 10mg daily, did a week at 20mg to check for side. I have felt absolutely nothing(2 brands), no tired after taking it, dreams, numbness, tingles, cramps(I am prone to cramps also) or anything else.
I take it before bed, only if I have dinner minimum 2 hours before I go to bed(80% of the time).

8 weeks into cardarine also, 10mg daily with 20mg on big days. That increase I can notice the difference in endurance until lunch...6ish hours and 3 meals later.

What I have noticed is without a calorie change I am not loosing weight but very slowly recomping, and I only workout light atm due to current health issues.

I think MrGrandpa and MrBlitzz have the gains side of it worked out though, from what I can gather if your after gains it will food partition an anabolic agent straight to your muscles.

The guy I know who's used it for a year said his hair and nail growth is off it's head. Growing up as the son of a hairdresser, if it's doing that it's having a good systemic impact.....and I have seen someone with a terminal wasting condition need to stop it after 4 days due to hormonal issues aggravating the condition.

Exactly. HGH is used by pro's together with AAS and Insulin for maximum effect. If taken alone it yields benefits too, like accelerate healing of injuries. For hypertrophy -or as a weight loss supplement, its over-hyped.

It's about enhancing healing, with a sidekick hormone(igf1) that can be tweeked for growth.

Weird. The dream thing and messing with sleep patterns is almost a given side effect.

As to hair growth: :)

This pic was around the time I got off of MK after about 6 month. Dosage was up to 80mg/day for the last 3 month.

No hair for me, damn! LOL

LOL

I don't get dreams often though, after a 7 year weed habit that stopped them I had wild dreams for 2 months after quiting then they stopped again.

With age we need to look at hyperplasia for long-term mobility, thats where it shines.
Yes, especially in an anabolic environment. Solo, I would use it to accelerate healing of an injury, like you do, not expecting gains.
