PH Cycle Question

Im on day 11 of my PH cycle and was wondering if I should increase my dosage or hold where im at. I started this cycle with about 4 weeks of S.A.R.M.s (Ligandrol, Ostarine, Rad 140, Anadrine) and stopped them on the 3rd day of my PH. Below is what my cycle looks like. What im wanting to know is if I should increase the M-Sten or Alpha-1 to acheive optimal results on this cycle. Im not experiencing any sides and have full S.E.R.M. PCT on hand. Im running the Super Epi Andro and OL Sup3r DHEA solely to combat lethargy and energy loss sides possibility. Im not worried about cost or overkill. I want the best results and least sides. I've read a lot of conflicting stuff about running M-Sten and Alpha-1 above 20mg and how long to run them. I also have Epistane on hand that I was going to run my next cycle. Also should I stick with a 4 wk cycle or run this for 6 wk. I eat super clean and.my appetite is through the roof. I started my cycle weighing 181.2 and have been down to 178 and im at 180.8 right now and im seeing leaning taking place.

If you aren't running TUDCA, I'd definitely hop on that (mainly because of the Alpha).

Are you in a severe calorie deficit?
Personally, I wouldn't go higher (this is my opinion only), because I've read and heard that Alpha is pretty toxic, and you're stacking it. .... you'll probably get different opinions on that.

I am curious why you ran the short SARM cycle.

Initially I was only going to run a S.A.R.M.s cycle. That is until I got leg pumps so bad I couldn't run and im a runner. So I bridged it into the PH and my legs were back to normal after a few days. Im definitely not in a calorie deficit. Currently around 2500 calories a day give or take a few. Ive scaled back my running to acheive my current goal. Im not trying to make monster gains. The current goal is to cut fat while putting on a few pounds of solid dry mass that can be retained.

I was just curious why you aren't already gaining weight. I would definitely think that you would, with what you're running.

So how long will you be running the Msten total?

If you've been running Msten since the beginning, your cyle time is over in my opinion.

Bro, a lot of people would recommend a short cycle of 3 (or 4 AT MOST) for the Alpha. Again, I don't know your experience...but Alpha isn't considered a beginner compound. If I were you, if I wasn't running TUDCA with it, I'd just drop it.

LOL. Ohh...ok. I misunderstood for a second. Yeah, if I were you, I'd run the Alpha 3 weeks (if I had TUDCA), and probably run the Msten for 4 weeks total.

This is just my opinion, but maybe later down the line, if you decide to do another cycle....maybe research Var or Winny, since you're a runner.

I understand if you don't want to share this, but why don't you want to pin? I needed to stop pinning for a while for personal reasons but I honestly hated relying almost entirely on orals (toxicity, harder to keep gains).

....and be wary of people that email you to try to sell things. Sometimes it works out, sometimes they're just scammers.

I am on MSTEN now, I ran it once before i think. Its a pretty slow compound to kick in if i recall. I am on week 1 haven't noticed anything. The last time i ran it, I believe I kicked it up to 30mg and my god, i felt so awful. I needed to nap multiple times a day, and felt like i hadn't slept. I think thats when BP entered the hypertension stage as well. I was planning on 6 week cycle, started 30mg around week 4.5 and had to stop end of week 5 as it became to much to handle.

Yeah......I don't know if you remember when it was first introduced, but the dosages were VERY small then.
 
Im seeing little results here and there. I wasn't to much concerned about the rate at which it kicks. Number one concern was to get the most out of the money I have sitting in my cabinet in compounds, and number two concern not optimizing my gains because I went a little light. I think Ill run them both at 20 as I have been and drop the ALPHA at the end of week 4 and possibly run the Sten a week or two longer.
 
Are you running it solo? Im running the Super Epi Andro and Super DHEA to combat any possible sides of low energy or lethargy. I was concerned with that running M-Sten and Alpha-1 together. Im pretty high energy anyways.

Are you trying to gain mass? Because 2500 cals isn’t much if you’re a runner on top of lifting. If you run these compounds at or slightly under maintenance, which I’m guessing 2500 cals is close to maintenance for you, then you’re probably going to get more of a recomp. You’ll lean out, get a very slight increase in mass, and get a harder more vascular look. Also what’s your current macro split?

Forgive me for a little bit of ignorance in this department. Always room to learn. And yes im seeing now that my calorie intake is primarily just maintaining. My diet consist mainly of a ton of chicken, vegetables, cottage cheese, and greek yogurt. My go to snacks are bananas, peanut butter, and the complete cookie. Id dont intake garbage don't have cheat days. I just eat clean. So I'd say my protein intake is highest, and carbs and fat are probably neck and neck but far lower than my protein.

Overall my goal is a recomp with a solid, lean, dry, and retainable gain. I have backed off my running through this cycle. I had 2 races at the beginning of it and 1 coming up at the end of the cycle that'll mainly be a pleasure run, no training needed. Im definitely seeing now that I could eat like my life depends on it and see more gains.

2300-2400 is probably maintenance for me

If your goal is to recomp then just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be set. If you want to add a little more size bump your cals up to about 500 over maintenance. So that would probably put you somewhere in the 2800-3000 cal range per day. Although saying that I would bet if you changed your daily macro split to around a 45/35/20 split, with that being carbs/protein/fat respectively, you could keep your calories the same and see a little more size gain. The extra carbs will cause more glycogen to be transferred into the muscle creating more size.

It’s all about your personal goal and what you want this cycle to accomplish. Also if you’re not tracking your calories and macros I would start. Proper nutrition combined with these drugs creates great results. You need to watch your protein intake too. Too much protein will start a process in your body called gluco neogenesis. The body will convert excess protein to sugar and store it as fat.

Yes. Thank you friend. I do a pretty good job of knowing about where im at give or take a few calories everyday. Im actually going to increase my calories a little in my breakfast, add a little bit of good fat, and cook off some bulk pasta today to add in the evenings. The breakfast calorie increase will also have a slight carb increase. This should give me a little bit more gain while being able trim this light fat that im trying to cut.

Took your advice on the Tudca. Not going to stop my run to wait for it but I will have it soon. Looked around locally but no luck. I ordered a bottle with 2 day shipping.
