Ostarine: How much fat loss per week?

How much fat do you guys think is safe to lose per week while on 25mg of Osta?

I always keept fat loss at app 0.5kg or 1 pound a week when natty and this slow loss helped me keep most of my muscle mass. Im thinking that with Osta this could be doubled?

What's your experince?

Are you as lean as your profile pic right now? Doesn't look like you have a ton of fat to lose

No Im not as lean. Im app 14% and want to get down to 10%. Got maybe 15 pounds to lose.

I know fat loss depends a lot on bf%, as it gets much harder at lower bf%... But Im asking in general, all experince is welcomed :)

I think 1 lb a week is actually pretty aggressive for an already lean natty trying to preserve as much muscle as possible, what kind of deficit are you running? Osta is a great anti-catabolic and I use it quite a bit, and you probably don't need 25mg, 15-20mg is fine for cutting and I can do 1-1.5lb a week with a 500-750cal deficit while keeping strength and muscle mass.

Well for me tbh it usually slows down the leaner I get. So at the start of a cut I might be losing 1 - 1.5 pounds and then at the end it's more like 0.5 - 1 pound. If done right I dont really lose strenght. Cant say how much lean tissues goes away though.

Deficit is same as you: 500 - 750. For me losing weight is easier than gaining it :) Have bad appetite...

Regarding osta dosage I rather be on the high side just for peace of mind. I'm just starting my third week on it and the biggest thing I notice is I'm hot all the time. And I sweat a lot in the gym. Much more than I normaly do. So I'm thinking osta is good for cuting :)

You cant put a hard # on it in terms of pounds of fat per week. Your looking at it backwards. You need to play the calories game and then whatever fat comes off comes off. How much of a caloric deficit can I run without losing muscle. This will certainly be different per individual

Well it's kinda the same. But fat lost being the end result it makes sense talking in pounds.

Ill just say i was in a deficit during both of my SARMs cycles and got notably stronger during both. The most recent cycle i was in approximately a 500 caloric defecit and hit new PR’s across the board. Some days id slip and hit above maintence *maybe 1-2 days a week*

What were u on? I'm guessing not just osta if your strenght was going up so much during a cut...

My first “cycle” was osta at 25 mg a day, had pretty good recomp results but very minimal strength increases, maybe 10-15 lbs on bench. Second was lgd. On lgd i preserved all muscle in a good defecit and saw significant increases across the board and shredded up.
