Day 10

The last few days have been getting pretty cool. Definition is really filling in & i got some alpha aggression going on these last few days.
I’m down a pound and a half in the morning, which is no big deal. Still hungry AF.
I have a repaired ACL that has been feeling quite well lately to.
On a different note sometimes our nipples look a little bigger than we want at certain times & I see some people asking on threads if they have gyno when they obviously don’t.
Since I’ve started true shred I’ve lost body fat in my pecs and my nipples are fairly small and tight not to mention that I have lost body fat all around, in general since starting.

Seems to be a recomp going on :)
 
Rocket has said his joints are feeling better too. Loosing chest fat is great and it’s one of my harder areas as well. Appreciate the feedback so far.
 
Sounds like True Shred is for sure helping with joints and recovery!

I have nothing bad to say about true shred so far. I think it’s an awesome product & to make up for my lack of posting I’m seriously thinking about running another bottle at the end of this one to make it for an 8 week run.... not sure yet.

I had an excellent chest and leg workout last night. The mood I get from taking to shred really helps me in the gym , and I’m seriously seeing hardening of my muscles especially in my pecs.
I seem to Have lost only a small amount of muscle mass so starting hopefully it’s just visual fat loss.
 
I bought a second bottle, I think it is a Great Product !!

I would definitely recommend picking up another bottle to make it an 8 week run. I think you would really see the results start to come in the last 4 weeks. But nice feedback!
 
Boring but effective :)
This plate of food is the meal that I consistently have 2-3 times a day plus other stuff as well as daily protein shake.
(My constant basic staple meal 2-3 x ed) plus other foods of course..
I’ll try to do a nice cheat meal to post up in a few days.

Been eating tons of chicken these past few weeks.
I really need to do my morning weigh in, it’s been about a week since I’ve looked.
*Keep in mind while the other guys are trying to lose weight with the True Shred, I am actually trying to maintain my 200 pounds during this run.
 
Trying hard AF to get that 2nd bottle of TRUE SHRED.... I’ll be busting out some extra hours at work next week to get it.

Morning weigh in ......196.5 I’m down 3.5 pounds.

Got some really good cardio in on the new bike last night & I also felt like I didn’t do a good enough job on chest during Monday’s & since I’m not feeling much DOMs I decided to do some full incline BP again as well hitting a lot of upper pecs.
I don’t post many of my workouts anymore but there’s this one.
38 minutes of cardio on the bike.
Incline BP (100x15) (100x25) (125x15) (125x23) (125x25) (145x25) (145x24)

My calories have only been a few hundred above maintenance pretty much this whole time, (I think....cuz I haven’t been counting very often but I do eat the same meals ed usually so I do know where I’m at most of the time).
Also my workout routine atm is supposed to be upper lower split one day on one day off light weight high reps.
**Not to mention I get some really insane vascularity off of this True Shred almost every day..Really nice.

I thought you were doing incline DB bench for a second and I was like 145 dbs by 24 holy crap! haha but nice to hear vascularity is on point!

^^^ Agreed with the above. Some people have more than that but don't take advantage of it and use it. A power rack and free weights is really all you need in my opinion.
 
Day 19
Sup guys..Once again I gotta say I’m really enjoying these good/positive moods (Alpha), (Even some Morning Woods) that I’m getting from True Shred & there have also been a few days of really good aggression. On these days I am very short tempered and out spoken, (Extra Alpha).
Also I want to say that since I’ve been taking True Shred I’ve not had any serious DOM‘s after working out but I am experiencing my muscles tightened up and itching in the middle of the night while I’m sleeping. So I wake up in the middle of the night giving my muscles a massage not realizing it while half asleep....kinda weird & has happened a lot but not a problem.
 
That is a weird night time experience. Sounds like the product is definitely treating you well though! Keep it up man

Sounds like true shred is helping shred around the mid section as you seem to be losing belly fat and rocket3015's pants are getting loose around the mid section.
