Compounds and aromatising and combatting it

Im just wondering about certain compounds in particular. Dmz, msten, and m1a and which aromatise and what is the best method to combat the sides and dosages. Any help is appreciated.
 
Only one you’ll have to watch is M1A, you won’t need an AI on the first two. Get some aromasin and use if needed. Most likely won’t need at all
 
None of the compounds you listed aromatize. They’re all 5a reduced androgens incapable of aromatizing.

So i wont need an AI for any of those? I was planning on having it on hand just in case anyways. If something does arise whats the dosing protocol for aromasin?

Indeed. Some people think M1A aromatizes because it causes some water retention and people associate the bloat with aromatase.
 
The bloat from non aromatizing steroids is probably from two things, 1st stuff goin on via the kidneys.
2nd glycogen retention, naturally for every 1 gram a glycogen stored, the body stores 3 grams of water.
Glycogen retention is increased so water retention will be as well.

Most guys associate losing their gains in pct, when in reality they’ve just lost the extra water the body was storing.

You’ll want to always have an ai on had when using steroids.
Idk the dosing for asin I really only use letro or right now I’m using atd.

So will an ai help with the water retention? Or will it just tank my estrogen? And also how do i know when i need to take the ai? Ive never experienced estrogen related sides so idk how to know i need it

You would know through regular blood work. Having precycle bloods so you know what your normal levels are.
Without those your shooting blind folded.

Yeah i got them last week and was planning on after as well. Guess i should prob go halfway too huh?
