Hey guys,

Starting an epi/trest cycle soon.

It’s ok dermatrest I’ve got and I’ve seen 100mg a day is suggested dosing.

1 pump is 2ml and I think 1ml is 25mg - is that correct?

Looking around it seems lots of people reccomend taking oral trest (tr3st for example) pwo as well - I can buy some but wondered whether it’s that much better?

If I don’t then dosing would be 1 pump morning and 1 evening. If I did I’d look to go 25am/50pwo/25pm

Epi will be at 40 throughout.....

Thoughts?
 
In my opinion, the oral is better for pwo. A combo similar to what you wrote worked well for me.
 
I can’t speak on dosage since I haven’t run it myself, so maybe somebody else here will be able to help with that. How long will you be taking off your previous cycle before starting this one?

Actually, unless I am mistaken, 1 pump is 50mg. 1ml (1/2 pump) is 25mg.

It’ll be just over 2 months - tbh I’m shaving a bit off the time on + pct rule as I’ve planned to be at my peak by 2nd Jan 2019 (got a personal reason for that). It is subject to bloods coming back all good this week though......

If each ml is 50mg that’s double what I thought (I know it’s 2ml a pump but thought it was 25 a ml. Given the sides with trest I definitely want to get my dosing right.......
 
You have to be careful with trest and estrogen build up. I think epistane can be somewhat useful with potential bloat but you need an ai and especially for gyno. Maybe you got this covered but just throwng it out there

My bottle says 50mg per pump, 25mg per ml.

Yep appreciate the heads up - seen a lot about estro and trest (reason for pairing with epi was to try and mitigate some) and I’ve already got exem on hand......

Yea as long as the bloodwork looks fine, you should be fine.

Epistane will have ZERO effect on the methylestrogen from trest. Be ready to start that exemestane right away.

Epistane is about like any other dry dht aas. It’s anti-estrogen properties are overstated.

My plan was to wait for gyno to show up and then start it but is it worth dosing exem eod from the start as a default?
 
I wouldn't just start dosing the stane until you get some sign of estro problem
It might take two weeks
