Hey guys, I’m looking for 3 natural bulk supplements that work together. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Looking for 5-7lb within 6 weeks!

I put 10lbs in 5 weeks taking MassMax XT, 5-6g creatine preworkout, the preworkout supp of your choice, and food, lots of food. Also the type of training you’re doing with dictate the weight gain and growth in that amount of time. I would focus on a lifting program which focuses on the main compound lifts and utilizes linear progression.

Xgels should be pre workout only .. when i ran massmax i did it breakfast dinner .. lunch dinner ( dont have to take em together)

Running them together is undesirable......

X gels work through inflammation (for most people the actual inflammation isn’t a problem) so you would be inhabiting their effectiveness by taking with an anti inflammatory
 
Interesting. I'm taking Ara now and was planning to run it through pct with probably epicatichen and laxo. Is it the epicat in follidrone that reduces the inflammation?

10 lbs in 5 weeks?!?!? Your food intake must have been very high.

I was only at 500cals per day over maintenance but I have learned over the 15+ years of sports and training what food and training I respond to best. I’m in the gym 6 days a week using a push, pull, legs split and focus on the primary compound lifts. I do my auxiliary work to help strengthen and increase my compound lifts but push myself to the max on my compound lifts, making them my focus. I’m also eating high carbs and high protein. This works for me due to my body type. I’m a classic endomorph meaning I’m carb sensitive and put on weight quickly. This means with out eating properly that weight will be fat instead of muscle if I don’t eat the right foods at the right time through out the day. I workout in the morning so my carb intake is the highest at breakfast and tapers off through out the day. Not night’s my dinner will contain 15g of carbs or less. I am doing this bulk right after a cut and can say that the new jeans I bought after my cut still fit my waist fine. I will say I was fully ready to jump in and use some anabolics but got great advice to change my diet and workout plan. I now have people in the gym that use to ignore me who will come up and talk to me asking me about my training and stuff because of the improvement. I don’t say that to try and brag I just think there are so many out there who believe that they need these chemicals in their body as that magic tool to give them the physique they want. When in reality you have to diet properly and train like a beast in the gym. Anabolics like gear and PHs are a tool just like weights and food.
