So word is that Teacrine is going the way of Agmatine in the EU. Put on the Novel Food list, which basically means it will get banned.

"Novel Food is defined as food that had not been consumed to a significant degree by humans in the EU before 15 May 1997, when the first Regulation on novel food came into force."

https://ec.europa.eu/food/safety/novel_food_en

When it comes to Agmatine the reasoning behind it being banned is worded in such a way that I have a hard time understanding it:

"There was a request whether this product requires authorisation under the Novel Food Regulation. According to the information available to Member States' competent authorities, this product was not used as a food or food ingredient before 15 May 1997. Therefore, before it may be placed on the market in the EU as a food or food ingredient a safety assessment under the Novel Food Regulation is required."

with the whole Agmatine thing I’ve seen a UK site openly pull MTS clash off their site. But then there’s tons of British sites that still have products with Agmatine in them. Are they actually enforcing this or just sending nasty letters?

Agmatine got pulled from our shelves immediately and yesterday the first Teacrine produkt got pulled. I guess it depends on the size and measure of backlash not complying will have. Smaller distributors might not be targeted but the bigger ones needs to watch their ass. Also countries matters, Sweden is notoriously strict with its policies, so we need to keep a tight ship.

aye I’ve never had problems getting Agmatine through customs. Oh well looks like American sites will be getting my money and not the UK/EU. Think I’ll go smoke 40 cigs tonight and drink a litre of vodka since that seems acceptable. This crap well winds me up!
