Halo/4ad/Nano 1T

Ran I to a guy I haven't seen in a while yesterday and he was like "holy **** you're getting husky". Eating at a little over maintenance, upper body looking bigger and my stomach looking slightly more defined.
 
So I'm like 3.5 weeks I to the halo/Nano and I feel like things are really just starting to get moving. What are your thoughts on extending from 6 weeks to 8 weeks? If I'm already going to be shut down, and I have my pct in hand, and my liver seems okay, would this be a decent idea? I would probably just extend the 4ad and halo another two weeks since I feel like that's where my real horsepower is coming from.
 
If you have enough product and are feeling ok, then i say go for it.

See how you feel and evaluate it then. At 3.5 weeks of dmz i was thinking the same thing. Then week 6 started. The lethargy killed me. I could not have went on 2 more weeks. Made good gains and kept them though.

So how far past week 6 did you go?
 
Looking FWD to trying the Nano 1T,some supps just don't work for some people, and do wonders for others.
AS far as customs goes and shipping, Ive been seeing things sit for 1 to 3 weeks before moving again once they land in NY.
Probably all the work they know do looking for fentanyl and other drugs coming in from China and elsewhere.
Slows down the whole process. If you saw it come into NY, it will eventually show up...
 
So I have a little less than 2 weeks left of halo/4ad. I do also have some m1alpha and 4 andro that I may bridge into at the end of these two weeks depending on how I feel. Saw a friend last night I hadn't seen in a while and he was like pretty shocked, said I was looking a lot bigger. No real sides, libido is pretty much gone though, even with the 4ad. Got some maca I'm gonna throw into pct, hopefully it will help.
 
Strength/endurance really starting to go up now, had a great workout this morning. Feel like things are really kicking in full blast now, if I had to do this over again I would probably plan for 8 weeks right from the start. But I think I will more than likely bridge I to the m1a to try to really pack on some size before pct. Got some wicked back pumps yesterday for the first time, taurine is like the only thing I don't have so may have to pick some up.

Yes pick up some Taurine. I get the bulk supplements powder off of amazon. It's tasteless. I take like 5g PWO.

Are you taking a preworkout now? If you are....I found that the "pump" stuff really aggravated my back pumps. Dropped the pre and my pumps were ALOT better.

Also, a foam roller really helps me when I get them bad.
 
Yeah I've been taking a half dose of Pulse with some extra caffeine. I really like it, it doesn't have crazy stimulants in it. I've used that taurine before, that company is great. I get their stuff off Amazon and every time I order something, they email me to pick another product to try a free "sample" of, but the sample is the same size as the actual product. Pretty cool
 
So my knees and elbows are feeling pretty stiff. Could this be from the x-gels? And what would I do, take more fish oil?

Also, question regarding pct. I've been hitting each body part twice a week (depending on how my schedule works out this aries between 4-6 days of lifting a week). Should I cut back to once a week during pct? Keep dame frequency but raise weight and lower reps?

Nano 1T is probably my favourite prohormone/steroid and I’ve used all the different stuff since PA introduced 1-AD.

Reading your log, I definitely think that’s the driving force here as everything your saying points to Nano 1T as opposed to the other two:

Feeling stiff in joints
Lethargy
Strength up
Weight up while looking leaner and drier
Lower libido

All of those are pretty much exactly what people said about the old school 1-test products. I think the 4-AD is gonna help a little with mood, mass and libido support but overall even testosterone itself is gonna get outgunned by 1-test.

Only advice I’d say is to avoid stimulants when running a stack like this which I know is really hard when on 1-test but it will pay dividends during pct by helping maintain strength gains made on the stack.
 
Interesting. I used the old Mag 10 back in the day (I was too young but I didn't know any better) so I know how legit 1-test is. I would have used more except there were next to no reviews or logs on nano 1t when I started. Can you clarify what you mean about the caffeine? I work out fasted at 5 am so I do use a good bit of caffeine in the morning but none during the rest of the day.
 
So I bumped the halo up to 125 for this last week or so. Last dose of nano will be today. Walked into a meeting last night (recovering addict but I go to AA) and a guy I know yelled out "damn den you gettin big as a muh****a". Apologize of you guys are more interested in exact numbers and weights and stuff but this is the stuff I get off on cause it's really hard for me to notice changes in myself. Anyway after this week I'll decide if I wanna try to use up the m1alpha. I feel like it makes more sense to do it now since I'm already on my cycle support and have pct ready to go rather than save it for another cycle.

Just my 2cents, I’d leave the m1a for a kicker on another cycle, I think the length you’ve been on you’d be underwhelmed with the results and your live would probably like a brake regardless of supports, m1a will give it an extra bashing. If you’re gonna take the m1a route, I’d get bloods quickly and just see where you’re at.

Train the same and don't try to cut during pct
 
Thanks man. Yeah definitely know not to cut during pct, I'm just worried some of the cals that were being shuttled into the muscle by the nutrient partitioning from being on cycle might be more prone to turn to fat, so maybe just bump up the cardio a little bit?

It’s a good question - if you ramped up the intensity and volume whilst on then that’s really hard to maintain when your not - personally I keep the same program but reduced sets/reps whilst increasing weight - theory being that less volume was more manageable but increased weight provided the necessary stimulus to keep the newly formed muscle......

Re fat gain, I’d accept it and maybe just plan so next cycle you finish leaner.....defo don’t cut.

Definitely do not drop your cals either. This is not the time to do that. I would wait till at least after pct. Just do not cut during pct. You will lose everything man. I've done it.
 
So I started my pct this week. Decided to save the m1a for another cycle as it makes me really aggressive and lethargic and I'd rather run it with test. Anyway nothing much to report other than I'm dragging ass a little bit. I get up to train at 5 am and the past few days it's been a real struggle. Idk if it's that being on cycle I'm more motivated to get up and at it cause I'm "on" and don't want to waste that, or if the 4ad was giving me that much of a boost. Either way just gonna power through
 
Clomid with Kingsblood and reduce xt. Also been running mk677 for a few months and x gels since a few weeks ago, gonna run that til the end of pct
 
Nice. Clomid usually hits me in a good way right off the bat. Also, I got “lucky” last pct. wife got her monthly visitor the day my cycle ended. So I was left with plenty of anger
 
Sounds like you had a good run......good job. With Clomid, Kingsblood, and
Reduce XT, you should have a good PCT.
Likes already been said keep calories up and keep hitting it hard, and you should keep most of your gains.
