I then got with Matt Porter and this is the result 20 months later at 196 and sub 5%BF

Also another prime example. Everyone thinks you have to be 200+ to be big. I mean loom at how big this guy is under 200. Good luck matching that.

HIT4ME does that include me. Lol

Well, you are in a class all your own too! Just um, not the same class?

But in all seriousness my man - those progress photos are a dramatic improvement from just a few months ago. I am very impressed and motivated. Honestly, you may be the next FireTitan when it comes to fast changes in a short period if you keep it up.

Appreciate it....To even be put in the same sentence as FireTitan is a great feeling

@distilledwater ....Buddy, you and beast and maybe 4 or 5 other guys on this board out of the thousands at least that are registered are in a class all your own. Total bad mofos.

Thank you for the kind words. I plan on packing on another 25lbs over the next 12 months too!!!

Crazy thing is from those feb-July 2016 it was done with very little assistance (only TRT and clen)!

Now the 168lbs stage weight in July 16’ to 196lbs in November 17’. Yes Anabolics, GH and insulin were used (how else you gonna add 30lbs of stage weight in a year lol).

That’s why I rub some people the wrong way at times with my posts of getting a coach or not using gear/assistance. Once you can master this stuff without it, things become SOOOO much easier and efficient. Trust me, I’m not one special either. Each and every one of you guys in here can look exactly how you want to look, just gotta focus, and I 100% believe that.

Ok I’ll get off my soap box now lol

We can, if we can muster the discipline and dedication. I think a lot if people see steroids in the wrong way. Like you said, you got to 168 pounds of lean muscle first - which most people don't realize that is a really good physique for someone not using gear and under 5'10. But we all see actors who are jacked and no one tells the public how unnatural they are. We think steroids take you from Will Smith to Ronnie Coleman...and that's the wrong comparison.

On the flip side, just because you can't build 220 pounds of muscle on a 5'8'' frame without steroids and can with them doesn't mean that building 220 pounds on a 5'8'' frame with steroids is easy. It takes the dedication and knowledge that few people have.

I think you did it right to build your base and then be ready to move to that next level.

Anabolic_Stud - if you don't mind my asking, about how much did you weigh in those after photos? And how tall are You?

I ask because a lot of us, like me mostly, started off as really, really fat piles and when you are starting from that point it is easy to think, "I am 300 at 5'10'' and I am gonna lean up and be 200 at 10%" and for a lot of us that is a ridiculous idea without some assistance. And at my height, 5'8'' it is even worse. Sometimes seeing what a lean physique looks like for real can have a positive impact on someone's goals...and I guessing you are a great example of this fact.
Ya brotha that's what this forum is for right? For us to share knowledge and help one another. I'm 5'9" and I can't say for when I started actually lifting weights but that picture was 170lbs at 20% BF that's 34lbs of BF if anyone is wondering. I ended up being 156lbs in that picture with 6.3%BF that's a little under 10lbs BF. It just takes discipline and if anyone thinks they don't have the discipline you have to want it bad enough. Just stating everyone should know it's not realistic staying that lean all year round or is it healthy.. I am currently 180 lbs at 13.3%BF and happily bulking for my next contest prep

Even after almost two years of light to zero squats because of the two disc bulges they stuck around.

Back to squatting 315 comfortably (cuz I refuse to only hit upper body ) and the wheels keep growing!

You guys are all inspirational! Great job!

Spent 6 months injured (Feb till July) and 6 months depressed (April till October) last year. Lost a significant amount of muscle all over and put on 30lbs of fat from binging, I became obsessive over cookies, cake etc when I took a break from supps (inc. stims) and nicotine. In October'17 I was at 19% bf.
Been recomping since October and am aiming to be below 10% bf again by April

Been losing strength in my abs due to not having a training programme that can replace using a crunch machine
Spent December'17 and January'18 on a diet break
