So I’m curious. I have 25 mg tabs of Exemestane and I have 1 mg tabs of Anastrozole.
Which is best to use and when?

I obviously use the 1 mg tablets during an AAS cycle but do people use the other on cycle at other times??
curious to opinions
 
I like using exem during cruising since it’s more lipid-friendly and has some benefits such as lowering shbg, elevating igf, etc. I think aromasin is also more suitable for pct if using an aromatize inhibitor during pct. Definitely could use it during cycles/blasts as well if cost isn’t a factor.

Could you give me an example of dosage of exem. during a cruise?

It’s person-dependent. I started at 12.5mg twice a week and bumped it to 25mg twice a week recently. Still waiting on bloodwork. Everyone is different so that’s something you’d have to figure out by experimenting.

Exemestane has a half life of 9 hours and it takes approximately 120 hours for estrogen to return to normal (this study was with a 25mg dose though) so I think dosing it twice a week is the minimum for dosage frequency when it comes to using exemestane. I personally split my injections twice a week and take my exemestane on my injection days.
