Using mk677 for injury recovery

Hi, I’m 43yrs old, 6ft 2”, been lifting for 20yrs on and off, consistently for over 5yrs, weight 210lbs, body fat not known but abs can be seen, I’m looking for info on mk677 for injury recovery, I don’t want to gain muscle or lose fat, it’s for a rotator cuff strain, and general aches and pains, (getting old sucks), I want to try to avoid the water retention and raising prolactin levels, any info on dosage would be appreciated, I’m planning on 8 weeks at 12.5mg before bed

I've been on for a few months now. I do 12.5 during the week and 25 on the weekends, just cause I feel a little more tired the next day after the higher dose

I cycled it for 8 months then took 3 months off I’m back on it now, around 3 months the benefits start to show

Like he said ^^, I think 3 months is probably when it starts to show up. I'm going to run it through the rest of my cycle and pct and then probably take a break.

Not sure how much mk is going to help with your shoulder... Mk is very mild. For injury I would combine it with 5mg of cjc a week. That should raise gh and igf significantly where results would be more pronaunced. Or try Ostarine or some other more serious anabolics... Maybe even try playing with bpc and 500... Just mk is a waste for injury imo.

AFAIK the 5 on 2 off deal is to minimize sides, like prolactin issues, etc. If you don't have any issues it should be fine
