Mucuna Pruriens what is a recommended dose

Just started premium powders mucuna pruriens b/c it comes in a good package deal on mr supps (can I talk about them in here, well too late I guess) by reading I see some places say to take about a gram a day (this is mainly the dose ive come across)ive heard 3g on one thread and on da bottle it says two a day which is 650mg. Also what benefits do yall KNOW its good for. Im 36yr old n case ya wondering.
 
Got it! It's standardized to 20 percent. Just start at the recommended dosage and bump it up from there. I personally have taken 1.5 grams daily and loved it. Increased physical response to sexual stimulation. Higher doses reportedly increase aggression and hypersexuality. It also increases circulating GH.
