What Test Booster Would You Recommend to Your 60+ Father?

You must not have good reading comprehension; you said that he doesn’t have a say because he’s on TRT, so if you’re also on anabolics, you also don’t get a say. You didn’t consider his past, why should I consider yours?

Furthermore, I showed you multiple studies showing actual, tangible benefits of some “test booster” ingredients in healthy young subjects, things like increased endurance, strength, cognition, and improved body composition, mood, and libido.

If the above benefits are nothing, then you are right, they will do nothing.

It’s almost, or exactly, like you don’t know ingredients can have MoAs in addition to and/or besides boosting testosterone.
You speak as if you know it all...

Why would a healthy young male need a test booster?

I speak as if I am referencing dozens or hundreds of peer-reviewed, placebo-controlled, double-blind studies, meta-analyses, etc. If anything, I know that I don’t know it all, so I turn to people and research that knows much more than I do.

Why? For the benefits that these ingredients can provide via other MoAs besides increasing testosterone. Take ashwagandha, it’s a forum favorite here on AM. It can reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognition, increase endurance and strength, reduce cortisol, etc. That sounds nice, no? Or tongkat ali, which can increase libido, improve mood, and reduce cortisol. I’ll take some of that. Forskolin, which can help improve body composition via effects on cAMP? Yes please. Do you need any of these? No, of course you don’t. But can they help and be nice? Hell yeah they can.

Shilajit and Ashwagandha are two amazing compounds.

I started getting sick, and immediately started taking Shliajit in my coffee every day, 3x per day and I was able to stop it in it's tracks and suffer only very slight symptoms. I usually get full on sick within a day of symptoms, and hence the man flu ensues. Not so this time!

As for test boosters? Anyone under 30 should probably not need their test boosted, and wouldn't feel it if they took some of these sups.
Well, they'd feel good because of some of the ingredients. Love some of them.

Shilajit is another good ingredient. Lots of these things are adaptogens, and have benefits besides just increasing testosterone, benefits that even healthy young men can enjoy. This is particularly true for people under a lot of stress, physical or otherwise. That’s the nature of adaptogens.

I have spoken to my 55 year old father about a month ago. I asked if he was on trt yet because he's been a sheriff for over 25 years, SWAT, detective etc.

He has always worked out his entire career. He said yes he is probably going to, since his friend just got on.

He said he tried a couple natty boosters and noticed nothing lol.

Also, "my generation" other millenials, especially teens always ask if these work. No they don't.

what the hell does being a sheriff for 25 years have to do with trt?

hey, do you see millennials or teens anywhere in the title of this thread?

'my generation'...do you also ride on 'the magic bus'....lol.

He's too hard headed to get bloodwork done. OTC boosters are pretty much the only option.
Yeah im kinda n da same situation with my dad...I may be hard headed but my dad...goodness gracious. Hope u can find a good 1 for him. Im in to c what everyone has to say because your dad sounds about like mine.

Cops take roids dude. Him being a cop doesn't matter.

Do you only read what you want to see? O said he worked out that whole time.

He's very familiar with test levels.

Never mind him being a cop.

He's 55+. He's taken "natural test boosters"

They did nothing. He will go on trt like his friends. Because of his age, he has lost a considerable amount of muscles... His bones look "used"

As for kids or millenials on the title? I do not see it.

That does not mean these millenials are not posting and reading this thread.

Wasn't the thread about a millenial asking about he father?

A young male should be performing at optimal levels (like a new car, not a lot of mileage)

They do not need extra supps.

THEY NEED TO GET THERE ASSES IN THE GYM AND WORKOUT FOR A COUPLE YEARS

WOULD YOU BY NOS WITHOUT A CAR.
