Energy drinks or coffee for higher t

Or, does it not matter? I see this as being a non issue, does anyone have anything interesting on if there is a difference?

I don't think it will matter when it comes to higher t levels. If you're talking about energy drinks as in monster or something those I definitely would not recommend. I would choose coffee over energy drink.

Everything effects everyone differently. I can maintain pretty high levels of stims without running into any issues on most days. As far as T levels I don't think an energy drink or coffee will have very much effect if any at all. Now labido and or blood flow issues might be a different story but, even then it still varies.

What stim are you using.

Currently 4 times a week on lifting days I go through mesomorph at about 7am for pwo then 1-2 cups of coffee post workout. Maybe a monster or 1-2 cups of coffee during the day.

I don't know about increased test but I've been hearing a lot of benefits from coffee lately.

What about taking 25g of maltodextrin before a workout, is that damaging to your arteries/heart. Should I stop taking it.

Taking it pre workout IMO is not as beneficial as taking it intro/post workout. Being dangerous for your heart I can’t speak on being I have never heard anyone ever mention that. I can’t imagine a carb damaging your heart

When given a choice I would choose coffee over an energy drink. The main reason is all the extra garbage that many of them have. Monster, redbull and others have several chemicals and artificial ingredients that can actually work against you. Not saying I don't use from time to time, but i prefer coffee.

I usually go sugar free rockstar for daily use waking up and for work, but for pre workout will use C4. With a mid day coffee also. It equates to 3 doses of caffeine on workout days, and 2 on off days. I don't feel diminished test, but was trying to sub out the am rockstar for coffee. I am finding it hard though as the energy drink seems to sustain longer and keep my mind going a bit better. I like coffee for once I'm already awake though.
